Last time I visited, this hotel was still under renovation. This time, it's finally open. We booked a standard king-size room. The small size is fine, but the only thing I can't accept is the bathroom! A standard room is fine for one person, but two people are incredibly awkward and have no privacy. Because the room is small, the hotel used wooden partitions to increase light transmission, but they're just for show and don't block anything. Using the bathroom is not only awkward, but the smell is also incredibly unpleasant! It appears that you're alone in the bathroom, but everyone in the room is forced to watch you go. In all my hotel stays, this is the first time I've seen such inhumane design. I'm giving it two stars entirely because of this bathroom. As for the service, the female staff were very attentive and responsible. The check-in girl and the two women who cleaned the lobby were very welcoming, and the cleaning lady was also very attentive. The men weren't so much. The breakfast noodle chef should take a break if he's feeling down at home, and stop looking so absent-minded. He doesn't keep track of who ordered what, and there's no first-come, first-served system.

The boss is very nice and can take care of pick-up and drop-off, which is very cheap when combined with accommodation. We were also given sesame cakes. The boss used to be a tour guide and helped us plan the route. Don't hesitate to book this homestay, it can save you a lot of trouble. The accommodation is super good.
