一年來幾次都住威爾士，這次房間雖然挨着電梯，但隔音挺好，沒聽見噪音。本來今年早餐最晚到十點特別好，這次可能趕上十一假期人多，早餐9:30就沒什麼吃的了，西點一塊沒有，兩三個熱菜都是空的，就連炒飯也沒了，也沒再補充，拉低了檔次。

十一全家出遊，酒店在黃驊市中心，離黃驊港口需要開車40分鐘左右，應該是當地最大的酒店了，十一入住3天有2天有婚禮舉辦。房間設施還可以，就是洗澡花灑出水比較小。一樓的自助餐廳早餐人很多，才8:30油條和水果幾乎沒啥了也不更新啦；晚上有自助也一般般吧。客房服務不錯，給額外提供一床被子，挺好的

這個酒店是硬件挺硬軟件賊軟，感覺建設團隊和運營團隊是兩個，建設是按照五星酒店標準建的，運營是個村裡小飯店接管的，到處透漏着濃濃的山寨氣息，工作人員完全沒有服務意識可言，要不是好點的酒店都滿了真是不想住這。首先打電話諮詢，這麼大酒店接起電話就一個“喂”字，起碼説個您好＊＊酒店吧，我沒記住酒店名字，記得是三個字，我也不知道打沒打錯，就問是不是＊＊＊酒店，應該説的不對，前後説了幾個，很彆扭，前台接電話人員不但沒幫着把名稱確認好，反倒不耐煩的“是是是是是是是”，一連説了好幾個是，一邊歎氣不耐煩的語氣，後面我諮詢了幾個問題，回答就是“沒有，我們是商務酒店不是親子酒店”，話沒問題，但是口氣是那種不耐煩看不起，不願意多跟你説一個字，要知道【55387溝通定律】：⼈際溝通55%取決於態度、肢體語⾔；38%由語⽓、語調決定的；衹有7%來⾃我們説話的內容。同一句話不同表達的方式語氣呈現出來的可是完全不一樣。其實就住一宿，也沒接觸太多工作人員，第二天早餐餐廳裏工作人員雖然穿戴像個五星酒店，盤子碗桌子標準都不低，但工作人員的氣質走路姿勢神態都和環境衣着格格不入，違和感拉滿，見到了客人頭都不抬一下的，聽到諮詢也不回答。餐食的標準比如家強一些，咖啡是雀巢二合一速溶就這一種，其他可想而知。還有需要交300按金，離店需要查房，好多年住酒店沒這倆手續了。最熱情的是超市賣東西的大姐，其他人員都是能少一個字不多一個字，笑臉想看到，沒門！衞生打掃細節不到位。
