The staff are very friendly and willing to help customers with enquiries. We were allowed for late check out at 3pm. The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough. I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥. Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now. The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue. We have to open the window and let cold air come in.

I brought my baby to Nanwudang skiing on Friday. The location is very close to Nanwudang ski resort and not far from nearby Tiantangzhai and other attractions. And it far exceeded our expectations. When I came, the boss upgraded the room. The public area of the hotel is very large. There are also many places and facilities for children to play. The room is also very clean. I also ate at the hotel at night, the price is not expensive. It tastes good. The boss and the staff are also very good. I will choose this one next time I come to play nearby.

I rarely comment on hotels, but this is my first time commenting on this hotel. I have to praise it. The hotel facilities are complete, and the front desk staff are really thoughtful. I came here for an exam. The girl at the front desk who checked me in took the initiative to arrange a room with a window facing the back for me. There was no noise at all. The room attendant was also very good. Whatever I needed was immediately delivered to me. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. It was a very pleasant stay.
