在酒店住了7天，中肯評價。如果出差公費那就算了，帶孩子自助遊非常不建議住這個酒店。首先酒店沒有掛星，但是費用一晚五百多按照星標收費，酒店房費與實際服務及住宿十分不相符合。入住第一晚，衞生間地漏是壞的，門是壞的，關門後不停警報，空調也是壞的不製冷，這麼熱的天。由於到酒店已晚，房門壞後，酒店先是安排師傅來維修，還影響到了周圍客人。前台戴眼鏡的小姑娘提出更換房間，並幫忙搬行李。換了房間，當晚感覺房間裏一股發黴的味道，半夜也無法入睡，考慮到實在是晚了不想折騰，就繼續入住了。衞生間和淋浴間是沒有排風的，導致一直很潮濕。訂酒店時看到有游泳池和健身房，但其實游泳池和健身房根本不在酒店大樓內，而是在酒店對面的樓，去看了一下，是承包給私人的，泳池是對社會所有人開放的並不是酒店的，就連健身房也不在酒店內部，而是在私人承包的泳池樓上。根本不是酒店內部的泳池和健身房。酒店的自助早餐更是和房費以及星級不相符，住了7天每天花樣不是黃瓜炒蛋，苦瓜炒蛋，青豆炒蛋，青菜，切片麪包薄的可以透光，粉，麪，每天幾乎沒什麼變化，這早餐的成本根本不值這個價。服務比較好的地方也就是前台戴眼鏡的小姑娘響應比較快，及時更換了房間，還有大門外的那位女士態度很好很和藹，主動拉車門，天熱也很辛苦，房間垃圾也有及時更換。其他的服務真的不行，管理太差，服務也不行，當外賣機器人無法送餐時等了半個小時都沒有一句迴應，到樓下自己拿還要被數落。大概是一直接待會議團體所以不適合旅行帶娃的居住，所以旅行不建議選這個酒店。酒店開了10年了，設施老舊，服務也跟不上，沒掛星，餐食也差勁，房間潮濕黴味，牆皮脱落。服務衹有前台戴眼鏡的小姑娘和門口迎賓的女士和打掃房間的女士還可以，其他的服務人員態度都不怎樣。

位置較好，在遺愛湖旁，風景優美，方便散步等。前台服務人員不太熱情，客房服務員還不錯，響應及時。餐食太差了，尤其是晚餐，68一個人，基本都是辣菜，孩子吃不了一點，吃的不如街邊10塊的快餐。

地理位置不錯，房間大小也合適，設施也能接受，但是服務不怎麼樣啊，早上8:00下去吃早飯的時候。很多菜都已經空了，但是也沒見人補充。
