American coffee made by the front desk lady herself is rich in aroma, slightly sour and not bitter. It is a perfect match for the 12 yuan 4 ice cream puffs sold. The room was very clean and tidy, and the view of the lake was unobstructed from the floor-to-ceiling windows. Asking about the local attractions, Miss Sister intimately told us where it was most convenient to park the car. The breakfast on the second day was simple and rich. Three people ate. The room brought two breakfast coupons, but the young lady told me that there was no need to spend money to buy another one. It can be seen that the hotel is very careful. If you come back next time, you will still choose. Friends will also recommend it.

MM328884****I chose a hotel temporarily when I was passing through my hometown during the Mid-Autumn Festival. It is the hotel closest to the highway intersection. The exterior is very beautiful. The hotel service is not the best, but it is very considerate. When I saw a child, I took the initiative to ask if I wanted children's slippers and children's toothbrushes. It is better than those mechanized ones. The standard service makes people feel more comfortable!

AAiqingbabaVery good experience. I just passed by Yingshan and saw a hot spring sign on the highway. I was tired from driving and just wanted to find a hot spring hotel to stay for one night. I didn't expect that after checking in, the front desk lady upgraded the room type. Seeing that I brought children, she gave me a small gift and introduced the local specialties very carefully. There was no one in the hot spring children's playground area. When I told the child that the playground was not open because there was no one, the service staff immediately turned on the power and opened the children's playground for the three of us. The child was very happy. At 5 pm, I wanted to take some photos of the outdoor hot spring at night for the child, so I asked the service staff when to turn on the lights. I was told that it was 6:30, but then the lights in the outdoor hot spring area were all lit up immediately. I was very moved. The big brother at the counter who rented the swimming ring was very enthusiastic and inflated our own swimming ring for free. The breakfast was also very rich. It was a very unexpected and touching night. If it weren't for the time, I would definitely stay for another day.

It is also worth mentioning that the hotel's free laundry service is really a plus! The waiter not only washed and dried the clothes, but also folded neatly and delivered them to the room. The service was meticulous and thoughtful, and they must be praised!
In short, this stay experience is great, I will choose here next time I return to Hong'an.

CChinaBobIt was good. Staff was helpful, helped me get transportation arranged for daily trips outside. Would have been better if I had known upfront before arriving that the hotel is on National park grounds, and that you need a ticket to get past the front gate to get to the hotel. And that was an extra expense. The beds are a bit hard for my liking. Also, I needed to cut my visit short, but the Jose Steph said that since I’ve booked through Trip.com then I couldn’t get refunded for my unused days.

The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in.
