After check in, there are still some small ideas for reference: First, the lobby on the first floor is very clean, the cafe is very clean, must be the result of hard staff cleaning! But it is strange that the public toilet on the first floor is not big, but the toilet trash can is full of toilet paper (all full to the floor) but no one cleans it. Is it strange? Second, before check-in, everyone said that the service staff here is very enthusiastic, ㄟ...... is not bad! But I didn't feel the enthusiasm! When I checked in, the counter lady gave me a formal explanation (I looked up at them, no smile!) The next morning I went to borrow my bike and the gentleman asked me to fill in the information with a straight face! At last, when I checked out, I pushed a 27-pack full of suitcases and two full backpacks into the heavy front door of the hall. The counter lady looked at me and said, ”Be careful on the way! There is no meaning to help me push the door open at all, let alone help me push it to the car! So are the service staff enthusiastic? I don't know! Maybe I am less gratifying haha! I still recommend it to everyone!

This hotel is right next to the train station. This is Very convenient for travelers passing through or joining tour groups for the Taroko gorge day trip as the tour groups and busses will meet at the train station. The hotel is nice and clean and has a decent breakfast. We stayed for two nights in Hualien and it had everything we needed.

Hualien is the happiest day of this trip to Taiwan. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Gao, booked the train tickets for us very early, and picked us up at the train station. Because of the typhoon, the train was late. Mr. Gao thoughtfully took us to Dongdaen Night Market for dinner; the next day, Mr. Gao took it all day. We experienced a different Hualien. Every time we parked, Mr. Gao put us in the nearest place to the attraction, and then waited for us to finish the tour before picking us up at the nearest place. It was very considerate! The room is also very beautiful, full of girls' hearts, my daughter especially likes it! I will definitely go again next time if I have the opportunity!

Location Located in the heart of beautiful Hualien and very close to night market as well (like 2 mins walk). Hotel provide free transportation to hualien airport but not to railway station. Hotel. Hotel was very cheap at the time of booking so I wasn’t expecting anything special however I was surprised by the quality of the service they provided. Rooms were great and they do have elevator.Room had electric kettle, coffee powder, bottled water and all the toiletries. Breakfast was great. Staff speak English which was helpful. Overall I am very happy with this hotel and will definitely stay here if I visit hualien again.
