房間比想像中大很多，浴室乾濕分離很舒服，需要什麼備品可以在櫃檯領取，減少浪費又環保。剛好隔天碰到下雨，飯店有提供免費傘借用，傘很堅固好用。

飯店服務人員都很親切熱情提供服務，有問題詢問服務人員時，非常親切的幫忙，專業又熱情！環境也乾淨衛生，環保因素不主動提供部分備品，但是有需要的時候都能在櫃檯索取，環保不浪費！清潔類備品都有大容量固定式，完全不必擔心備品不足，品質也都好！整體而言，安靜且地點也坐落在適合覓食的區域，是性價比高的選擇，下次再來花蓮，仍會優先考慮入住！
