It was a very short stay, but the staff sister and brother were very nice, the breakfast was very rich, and they introduced us to the cats outside the door when we left. It was a very good hotel and I will stay there again next time I come to Hualien😊

Every one of their staff is friendly, polite, and has a great service attitude. 👍
Our room was on the 5th floor and had a beautiful sea view. 👍
We took the train to Hualien, and the hotel had a car to pick up/drop off at the train station. 👍
The breakfast buffet includes Chinese and Western styles, and the restaurant staff works hard to constantly replenish hot food that is cooked right away. 👍
The rooms, restaurants, and cafes are all very clean and hygienic. 👍
My husband is British and their manager is fluent in English and grew up in a foreign country.
