I originally booked the Hualien Good Friend Hotel, but the hotel has been transferred and no longer exists. Ctrip did not remove the reservation in time. Google Maps actually showed that the hotel was closed. I did not find the hotel after checking, but only the Looks Hotel in this area. I went in and asked and found out that the original Good Friend Hotel was gone. Fortunately, the front desk of the Looks Hotel was very good. They let me sit in the rest area first and suggested to contact Ctrip. Ctrip customer service also responded quickly and confirmed immediately. In less than 5 minutes, the hotel received a request from Ctrip to transfer the order. The hotel also confirmed with me that there was no problem and immediately helped to check in. Then they contacted Ctrip again, so I didn't have to worry about it or pay the price difference. I could just check in with peace of mind. The service was very enthusiastic and good.

The hotel is just like her named Liangyou Exquisite Hotel. The design style is very exquisite. The health department pays great attention to cleanliness and tidiness. The room has no peculiar smell or any smell of smoke. The cooking skills and hygiene of the meals are very professional.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in recent times. The staff really care and go out of their way to help me. They assisted me in booking some local tours and sorting out some things which required a Chinese speaker. There is a lovely noodle shop across the road - and a good value laundromat just next to it.
