Every time I introduce a domestic hotel that costs more than NT$6,000, people will say, "I'd rather travel abroad than to be a plate." However, this time I came to Hualien to be a plate again, because there was a Hualien accommodation subsidy, and I also booked a travel fair special offer of one night and two meals , only spent 7999 yuan! Let’s take a look at the Hualien Le Meridien Resort Hotel which just opened a year ago. Five quick thoughts: 1. I thought the price was too high, but the hardware quality is really good 2. In addition to the check-in counter, many service staff need to be trained 3. The room quality is good, the space is spacious, and the high floors can enjoy the Mountain or sea view 4. Low occupancy rate, all facilities are reserved, but the catering service time is too short 5. Swimming pool, outdoor heated massage pool, indoor semi-outdoor hot spring, sauna, constitute a good holiday spa package / Check-in / 1. The check-in lobby is magnificent, one of the few luxury hotel lobbies in Taiwan that does not have the temperament of a nouveau riche. 2. Because the food at Jessie's Amy's was poorly reviewed online, we came here with the intention of seeing a joke, but we didn't expect that the joke would be on us. The Chinese set meal is delicious, the chicken soup with peeled peppers is very tasty, and the portion size and quality of the ingredients are well controlled. 3. The service staff was busy with the whole place. Although there were few customers, it was obvious that she was very tired and had a casual attitude. No toilet paper or napkins were provided during the entire meal, and they were only given upon request. <Breakfast> 1. The breakfast is almost reserved, and there are not many people on weekdays. 2. Although there are no people, the meals are also very rich. 3. The taste is average, but the dining environment is very beautiful. 4. The restaurant seems to be understaffed. Although it is one of only 20 Le Méridien hotels in the world that have the Resort sign, its location in the city makes its resort positioning awkward. This time, I took advantage of the Hualien accommodation subsidy of NT$1,000 for the first night and NT$1,500 for the second night, and added the hotel's special price of NT$8,999 for one night and two meals, so I was able to stay at a reasonable price. The dinner for one night and two meals is a Chinese set meal, which is also quite delicious. The normal price is 1680 + 10% per person. I must admit that I underestimated it before. It has many hardware texture details that cannot be felt in the photos on the Internet, and it feels like a vacation when you stay there. Unfortunately, except for the counter staff, staff training is generally poor, probably due to the low occupancy rate and salary budget cuts. Although this is a hotel with good hardware but poor software, now is the best time to stay in this hotel because the price has become reasonable and the long-awaited hot spring facilities have finally opened. If you have been waiting for a while, you may want to consider staying here in the near future. It is worth the money at the moment. For those who disagree, let’s not argue. You are always right.
