硬件設施不錯，行政套房房間很大，但服務態度不是很差，而是特別特別的差！服務員素質普遍很差，酒店須加強人員管理培訓！不然軟件跟不上硬件！白天時在樓梯等電梯等了半天也沒下來，電梯門打開，就一個服務員按着電梯在打掃衞生，就説了一句，怎麼暫用電梯這麼久，結果服務員懟回十句，差點就張口大罵了，真搞不清楚到底是誰是服務員，誰是客人！
