Crowne Plaza Hotel

This time we stayed in the Mermaid Suite and the Studio Suite. Both were nice. The rooms were large. It was a bit cold in this season and the hotel also provided an electric heater. It was very considerate. There were also many activities for children to play in the children's playground and the heated water park. The children liked them very much. Xiao Gou at the front desk was very enthusiastic.

We stayed in a deluxe room. First of all, the quilt in the room was worn out and had holes (luckily we brought disposable sheets and quilt covers). Secondly, the windows in the room were leaking. The air conditioner was set to 32 degrees at night, and the indoor temperature was only 20 degrees. In addition, the main purpose of our visit this time was the water parent-child park, but the water temperature was only over 20 degrees, which was very cold. The children of our friends had a fever at night. The customer service at the front desk was not very good either. It took until almost 16:00 in the afternoon to check in normally. I usually don't like to complain, but this time the experience was really bad. I hope there will be some rectification. I think it's boring to use the Spring Festival peak period as an excuse. If any friends go there, I still recommend that you refer to it before going! Thank you!

Don't go there in winter. There is nothing around. The hotel only has a water park and nothing else to do. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel tastes good but is expensive. The service awareness is pretty good, but the room temperature can only be maintained by three electric heaters. It's really drunk...

總體不錯，帶孩子第二次來玩了，停車交通都很方便

前台的楊璐小姐姐特別好，服務熱心周到。人不多，孩子玩的很開心，體驗感不錯。
