設施：作為懷化最新的國際連鎖五星級酒店，設計在保留傳統五星級豪華感的同時增添了一些懷化本地特色。大廳的榫卯結構吊頂比較震撼，袁隆平院士的水稻以及少數民族服飾元素給人眼前一亮的感覺。房間內都是智能化電器，吹風機是高速吹風機，比傳統吹風機好用很多，備品很全，味道也不錯。小缺點：我的這間房間洗澡水壓略小，電視投屏連接有點問題。總體瑕不掩瑜。 服務：前台主動在房態允許的情況下升級了帶浴缸的房間，客房部相應迅速，送東西很快。同時配有機器人可以幫忙送外賣，效率很高。同時感謝一下小玉的主動聯繫。 衞生：乾淨整潔，基本沒有問題，符合我對酒店的期待。 周邊環境：懷化老城區，雖然看着有點破舊但是比較方便，外賣基本什麼都有。可以點到茶顏悦色好評。 作為一家還在試營業的新開酒店，難免有些許缺陷，期待正式營業後能有更好的表現。下次來懷化還是會優先考慮皇冠假日。
