After arriving in the room, the room aunt also sent free fruit. The room was very clean. The hotel was opposite the gym. The surrounding business district was still very perfect. I was going out to eat at night. The Jinxiu Wuxi recommended by the front desk was really good. Very close to the hotel, you can walk there, there are many snacks. I went back to the hotel to rest at night. I didn't expect to have a surprise. The shoes on the ground were brushed very clean, and the messy clothes were folded. The aunt in the room sent two bowls of porridge very intimately. There is a free laundry room on the roof after washing at night, there is a very spacious clothes drying area, breakfast the next morning is also yyds, and when checking out at the front desk at noon, there are staff who will ask about the experience of staying, so that they can collect more opinions to optimize the hotel's service. Originally, I never liked to write reviews online, but I was really satisfied with this hotel. I would like to call it the ceiling of Huaihua. In the future, it is the first choice in Huaihua.

Spacious and clean room. Hotel a bit tricky to find bit good location and close to the train station. Overall a good experience. Got asked though during checkin if I stayed by myself which is not a super comfortable question to get as a female solo traveller but probably rather due to our language barrier.

這家酒店真是太棒了👍，服務也超級貼心😌重要的是它地理位置極佳🚄♂️就在萬達廣場傍邊，而且周圍有多小吃攤和美食店 前台小哥哥小姐姐都超級温柔，天氣太熱辦完入住還給我們做了檸檬水喝，第二天因行程太趕半天打不到車，及時開車給我們送到了高鐵站，真是太棒了！下次過來玩兒還住這兒

This time I didn't pick a hotel closer to the examination room. But luck was not very good. Huaihua suddenly cooled down in the past two days. It seemed that all the hotel heating was not open. It was a bit cold. The waiter sent a heater. Because I have to wait for my husband to pick it up, I chose a late check-out when booking, which is quite good.

Huaihua Jinlei Youjia Hotel is a very cost-effective resort hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I come to Huaihua. I stayed for four nights from March 27 to 31. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Miss Qin, the front desk customer service, for upgrading me to a room with a bathtub. Especially the pick-up and drop-off service makes the guests feel like VIPs. Driver Xiong also helped me with my luggage. Thank you very much to all the staff of the hotel for their excellent service!
