I live alone, the size is suitable, the smart toilet is very useful, and the service is also good. Because I came here for an exam, I feel that the design of the reading light is a bit unreasonable. The lamp on the desk can be brighter, and the lamp at the bedside is not bright enough, and it seems that it cannot be adjusted. Because I have stayed here several times before and felt it was not bad, I did not choose a hotel closer to the examination center this time. But I was not lucky. Huaihua suddenly cooled down in the past two days. It seems that all the hotel heaters were not turned on. It was a bit cold. The waiter sent a heater. Because I had to wait for my husband to pick me up, I chose a late check-out when booking, which was quite good.

The best part by far was that they have dryers!!! As an American living in China I've missed having soft, machine dried clothes. They have a completely free self serve laundry room. The room was clean and stocked with all necessities and the bed was nice and comfy. The staff were very nice and offered me hot tea and water everytime I was in the lobby. Its about a 20 minute walk from Huaihua South train station, but other than that the location is unremarkable. Overall I would stay at an Atour hotel in the future.

It was a truly perfect stay. From the moment we made our reservation, they called to ask if we were traveling with children so they could arrange for their belongings to be brought to the room first. It was raining when we arrived, and the front desk lady, Jinyue, made two special trips back and forth with an umbrella. After we checked in, they helped us carry our luggage to the room. Before we could even rest, fruit arrived. They also provided mosquito repellent in the room and reminded us to close the windows in case it rained. We had a peaceful night. The next day, when we checked out, they met us and escorted us to a taxi. Finally, I left a necklace at the hotel. It wasn't expensive, but they kept it safe and mailed it to me. It was a thoughtful experience.

It’s within walking distance to several attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I can’t wait to return!

Many times, I chose Kyriad to stay at Huaihua High-speed Railway Station for the first time. I just met the birthday Kyriad. I prepared welcome fruits and small red wine. I also upgraded the suite for free. Their service makes people feel very comfortable. The communication between colleagues is also very smooth and polite. They feel that they are. Like a family. I came here on a business trip after the Chinese New Year. It was recommended by a friend. It was my first time staying here. I arrived at the hotel a little late. However, the hotel housekeeper was very considerate, the service was good, enthusiastic and attentive, and the room was upgraded for free. The breakfast was also very good. Overall, it was very good. After graduation, I went home temporarily. Stayed for 4 nights. There are two types of quilts, hard and soft, but the comfort level is average. There is room for improvement in terms of hygiene. There was a toothbrush and garbage left by the previous guest behind the wash basin. The room is well soundproofed and there is almost no noise. The room flow is convenient and reasonable👍🏻
