房間很大很舒服，有送洗服務很方便。地理位置優越，靠近南站，旁邊就是萬達商圈，吃飯很便利。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，細心周到，耐心解答。每次出差來懷化都住這家，值得推薦！

服務：在**上面訂了酒店，結果一個小時都沒有確認。問了才發現，**平台讓下面的代理去定了，也聯繫不上代理。就這樣在前台等了一個小時，也是挺無語。前台小姐姐也沒啥辦法，衹能給我倒了一杯水，讓我在旁邊沙發上等
環境：在萬達旁邊，吃的比較多，但是住宿和很多工作室混在一棟樓裡邊，會覺得比較雜亂。洗衣房和健身房比較乾淨。
住宿的時候一直有咚咚咚的聲音，阿姨，包括服務員小哥都熱情的會協助解決，工作人員的態度都很好。但可能由於酒店的地理位置原因，人員流動性較大，房間內的設施比較舊。

旁邊就是萬達，逛街很方便，還有免費洗衣服，有機器人可以送東西，早餐也很好吃，前台小姐姐很熱情，客房阿姨也很熱情，有回家的感覺，距離高鐵站也非常近，還可以免費接送，住的很滿意，常來出差都住這裏！

再説環境：很新的酒店，乾淨整潔，隔音效果非常好，樓層高視野開闊風景好，早餐豐富美味，唯一不足是洗澡水稍微小了點，可能是頂樓的緣故。
最後位置：交通便利，樓下就是萬達，離高鐵站也近，吃住行都很方便，推薦入住！
