It was really a good choice to choose this hotel. The service attitude of the staff is super good. Every time I see them, they are full of smiles and are warm and friendly. When checking in, there is a one-to-one service from the housekeeping department, which is very enthusiastic. During the stay, if there are any problems, they can solve them quickly and patiently, making people feel particularly at ease. Especially there are many snacks around the hotel, it is very lively, close to the sports center, the environment is very good and relatively quiet! Will continue to choose next time!

The hotel room was very spacious, clean and modern. The hotel has a small convenience store inside/in the lobby providing necessities. We booked a room with a land mark view which was not provided, or could not be provided since there is no actual land mark around the hotel itself, so it should not be listed as such. Hotel is located next to a mall/ pedestrian street with food stalls, but it seems like the mall itself is closed or partially closed, probably because of chinese new year. It can be very loud during the day and during the night, due to it also being located next to bars. Also there is a big screen playing ads until late in the evening, which can also be heard in the hotel room. Although there are smoking prohibited signs in the rooms (atleast in our room that was stated as a non-smoking room) and in the elevators, it smelled like cigarettes all the time and pretty much everywhere, even on the bedding itself, so if you are a non smoker or sensitive to smells, you should probably check with staff beforehand.

I didn't expect to learn about hybrid rice culture and the spirit of Academician Yuan Longping through a hotel. Staying at Huatai Hotel on this business trip was very meaningful. Thanks to Xiaoyu at the front desk for her patient explanation. Huatai is a warm hotel. Whether it is the room facilities, hygiene or environment, all aspects are five-star standards. The service is even more worthy of praise. Whether it is the front desk, the cleaning lady or the security personnel at the door, they are all very friendly, and the recommended food is also very local! I will choose Huatai next time.

Facilities: relatively complete, convenient parking, good dining environment, reasonable room functional division, but the power cord of the wall-mounted hair dryer is relatively short, and the warm air is not strong.
Hygiene: The hotel does not do a good job in smoking control, and there is a strong smell of smoke in the elevator.

The location is particularly good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and the travel is convenient. There are convenience stores and snack bars downstairs, and life is super convenient. 叶叶宝华It is near the high speed rail station and the hotel arranged a pick up from the station to the hotel. All in I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The amenities provided by the hotel is excellent. The room is very clean and very comfortable.
The breakfast (if included) is excellent and the price reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel the next time I visit HuaiHua.

克克 Streets of ShenzhenPerfect getaway experience. From the free pick up from the XuPu South station to the meals in the restaurant, via a 10am check in and hours in the infinity pool overlooking the rice paddies everything was perfect. Spacious, beautiful rooms built and decorated in a traditional Xiangxi style and the grounds are very tastefully laid out. Impeccable service was offered throughout to one unusual customer. Thinking of how to make this a regular weekend escape from Shenzhen. If you’re in Changsha, this is a no brainer.

The environment inside is really good, very exquisite, quality, sanitary ware is used by international brands, the service is also very warm, the professionalism of the service staff is very high, very professional, I got the wrong room type, The front desk immediately handled it and adjusted the room type I needed. There was a butler service to the room to inquire. You can polish your shoes and wash your clothes. You also sent me health porridge. Help me introduce breakfast. There are many varieties of breakfast. The rice noodles really taste super good and the price is super high. The service is not exaggerated at all, more than star hotels.

QQIQI104422Every time I go out, I prefer a chain hotel. I live clean and rest assured. It is also the first choice to gather with friends during the Chinese New Year. Check out the next day and forget something in the hotel. The waiter contacted me and kept it for me as soon as possible. The service attitude was 100 points. The room is also clean and tidy, I will stay here next time I come back.

Got asked though during checkin if I stayed by myself which is not a super comfortable question to get as a female solo traveller but probably rather due to our language barrier.

GGuest UserSo this is the weirdest hotel which I've stayed.
The location is closed to the high speed train station but the only way to get to the hotel is via taxi / DiDi (equivalent to uber) as there r highways in front of the hotel. The ride only costs less than ¥10 1 way.
It's located in the middle of various car show rooms and there are basically nothing else there. (There is a so called restaurant and supermarket which is on the same building) and that's it.
The hotel is on top of a a car show room. Even the DiDi driver who sent me was amazed there's a hotel at such a location.
Nevertheless, the room and bathroom are clean w centralised heating and everything is meeting expectations except for the location. They even threw in a welcome fruit basket for the guests.
If u don't mind just staying closed to the high speed train station and in the middle of nowhere, I think its a decent place to stay in.

There was a rickshaw next to the front desk which was suitable for checking in and taking photos. You need to swipe your card to take the elevator to the next floor. The security system is quite good. The room is also relatively clean. Although the room is not very big, it is quite warm. The hotel has a self-service laundry room and a gym with relatively complete equipment and facilities. The hotel's breakfast is better than the one at McDonald's, and the taste is more suitable for our children. Overall, it is quite affordable to rent a room for more than 100 yuan near the train station. I am very satisfied.

SSupakarnA bit complicated to find the hotel as it’s located on the second floor of an apartment complex inside the sketchy alley, but the hospitality of the auntie staff is exceptional. I forgot to inform her that I need to check out early for the night train, but she managed to open the locked front door for me at 2 AM. Room is as you pay for. I didn’t expect much, so it’s above par for me. It’s the most budget-friendly hotel nearby Huaihua railway station for sure.
