絕大部分服務員都不錯。本來這家軟硬件都一般，覺得服務員和前台大部分都還可以，被預付按金的事氣了一次，有一點可能多不會再去住了。一點都不尊重人，不就是個前台服務員嗎？！説話一點教養都沒有。

設施實在太老了，九十年代招待所的感覺，各方面的備品也很小氣。看圖片還不錯，到現場完全都是照騙。早餐也很難吃，這個價格在3、4線城市真的很不值。臨走的時候，前台人員還讓我給個好評，我都氣笑了，自己的酒店設施服務怎麼樣，沒點數嗎？
