I stayed here two days ago. I checked out two days ago before I realized my necklace was missing. I looked everywhere I could find it. Suddenly I remembered that I had taken it off once during my stay at the hotel. So I called the hotel to ask if anyone had found it. Wen Lin, the front desk clerk, was very nice when he answered the phone. He said he would ask the housekeeping lady for me and that he would wait until the guests checked out to help me check the room carefully. I asked them to check the surveillance and they were very patient. They checked for me for several time periods. After checking, I found that it was not lost in the hotel. They also comforted me. The service is really good. I look forward to staying at Atour Hotel next time I come to Huaibei
