GGuest UserStaffs are kind and helpful. Especially the staff Bruce in front desk. He proactively introduce their services such as breakfast location and opening time. When I felt hungry, he expressed his apologies due to limited service at midnight as I checked-in around 23:00. He tried his best to offer the instant noodle for dinner to me as an alternative solution.
The next day morning while I were waiting for driver to pick up. He expressed his sincere attitude then offer me a goodbye drink as courtesy.
His goodwill let me feel warm during my staying. This exceptional experience to give me a memorable moment and leave a good impression to the hotel.

The double bed room gave the child a happy holiday, and the relatives hosted a New Year's banquet at the hotel, the food and service They are all very satisfied. The room is clean and well-equipped with facilities. It is convenient to travel around and the overall environment is great! I will definitely recommend my friends to come again! DDCB_Westerner in ChinaVery impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman.
The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb.
Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge.
It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!

GGuest UserI had a great stay here over the weekend. It's right next to Hongze Lake, so the surrounding area is beautiful. The AC is quite powerful, so you definitely won't get cold in the room. Plenty of hot water. The hotel was helpful in steering me towards a grocery store. In addition, they also have kept my workbooks safe that i accidentally left in the room, which I need to teach with. I will definitely be coming back soon for another stay.
