房間很滿意，而且很簡潔。前台姐姐很温柔，有什麼問題都耐心解釋。衞生間很乾凈，是智能馬桶。洗衣房可以洗衣服，很方便。而且12點退房前台姐姐幫我們延遲退房。我們很喜歡，地理位置也很方便，旁邊就是華信mall。

酒店房間設施挺好的，但是！！操作就像謎一樣。首先我是給我外地來的朋友定的，我預訂時寫的是下午2點到店，他們當天晚上7點才到。結果到了之後，前台讓我朋友在大廳等了將近20分鐘。
理由是：現在房間正在打掃，今天鐘點房訂單多！！！！
我請問呢？？人沒到，就先賣個鐘點房嗎？還可以這樣操作？？？而且我定了兩間，沒安排在一個樓層，還説我沒提前打招呼。一起定兩間，安排在一起不是常規操作嗎？？怎麼還要打招呼呢？？
另外！我跟前台理論的過程中沒有得到任何迴應，衹得到了一個白眼。
