房間中規中矩，有外窗但是外面是走廊，衹能拉着窗簾。2024年裝修的，但是保養不好，牆體除了污漬還有破損的地方。地點比較方便，離周恩來紀念館，淮安府署都不算遠。房間打掃的不是很及時，下午4點了還沒有打掃。
