房間整體還可以，設備和衞生都對得起這個價位，住了兩天，因為我們每次都是凌晨過來，第二天起的比較晚，攜程預訂可以延遲到四點退房非常加分，（訂單應該會顯示可以四點退房，建議前台備註一下催預離不要催嫩早）打電話吵醒就睡不着了，攜程上訂的有歡迎水果，第一天沒送，第二天提醒了才送，但水果質量不好，這個太扣分了，房間暖氣很足，小細節衞生還需要再注意一下，遙控器上班有污漬（521房間）

態度非常不好，提前電話前台溝通過凌晨到怎麼算怎麼下單行不行，結果當天到了不認了？也沒有給出解決方案，2點多3點辦完入住，下午1點多就讓續住，壓根沒有核實電話溝通的情況，沒廢話立馬辦完了續住了，保潔還得到房間門口去説，沒完沒了麼？什麼輪班制 這麼大個酒店沒有規章制度麼？每個人説話都不一樣，一個説辦理退房時間最晚是下午2點，一個説最晚4點，有沒有個譜，誰差那幾個小時錢還怎麼著，什麼態度，説過的話不認，怎麼接電話的不是酒店的工作人員麼？這麼大的酒店沒有錄音記錄麼，我提前電話溝通的意義是什麼呢？真是垃圾
