Popular Hsinchu 4-star Hotels

Booked the hotel last minute as had a last min stay in hsinchu. Room is big and clean, which is all I needed. My room comes with a living room attached so this room is suitable if you have friends coming over to chit chat etc… I guess one or two of them can crash over if they like. Bed is a tad hard, and only one pillow provided but I had a decent sleep. TV comes with all the channels one needs to ensure no boredom, just channel surfing will take you forever. Sound insulation from the window is not great though. can hear the cars from the road below. Maybe it’s also cos my room is on the second floor. A primary school is opposite the hotel but since it’s the holidays, not sure if the noise from the school will affect travellers sleep. Toilet was decently sized and comes with separate bathtub and shower. Water pressure was good though the water took a bit of time to become hot.

A time honoured hotel got a new “face” by cultural creative designing. The rooms and the parking lot still express their old ages but good maintenance shall be credited. It seems there are many exchanging staff from abroad, which is good for providing international services. The location is perfect, just right nearby the city hall. Even though the restaurants around this area are plenty, the ones inside Howard are good enough and the cafe on 1st floor is suitable for a family with kids.

First time stayed at Hsinchu, the overall staying experience is good. Hotel is very clean, there are few convenience shops and restaurant nearby. 10 mins Walking distance to train station. Also one mega city mall also can be reached by walk.

My first stay at the Lakeshore Hotel was in the early 2000s.Since then, the rooms have been updated but the service is still first rate. I needed help with getting my high speed train ticket issued and the person at the front counter offered to go with me to the convenience store to help. The bathroom has a Japanese toilet accessory and a bathtub shower so you can soak a bit if it's been a hot day in Hsinchu. A large mall is located 5 minutes away and there are several convenience stores on the same block so there are plenty of eating options.

There is a spacious underground parking lot, the accommodation environment is clean and comfortable, and there are welcome snacks. The first floor is like a cafe where you can rest, and there are many books. Check-in happens to come with chicken soup for late night snacks, and even an ATM is very convenient. The bathroom The space is large enough and there is a toilet and steam, which is great!

A hotel worth a special trip to experience The hall has a high ceiling so it doesn't feel oppressive, and there is a pool table for use. The room has a higher ceiling than the average hotel, and the entire space feels comfortable. The bottled water is its own brand of glass bottled water, which is more thoughtful and high-quality from a hotel that prefers to use plastic bottles. In addition to basic toiletries such as combs and toothbrushes, the bathroom also comes with amazing amenities such as bath salts and facial masks. There is an underground parking lot. You can get coupons at the counter and park for free. What's a pity is that I didn't open the drawer until I checked out, and saw that there were many types of pillows to choose from. Booked at about 10pm. Staff are friendly and patient. The hotel is quite old. The room is quite big. As they only left with 2 queen size beds and within our budget so we just grabbed for a night stay. The room is not very well lighted. They have a balcony and there is a stationary bike. They provide toiletries and they have separate shower and bathtub. The hotel is just opposite the police station so it’s super safe. Nearby hotel has got 2 temples. There is a KTV and convenience stores too. But we note that not many shops are opened even at around 9am.

I brought two children to Yanbo Hsinchu Yanbo Lakeside Hotel to stay for three days and two nights. The karaoke dimension inside made the children want to go home. There are also many types of spas in the swimming pool, and there is also a children's slide pool. I just happened to meet them during these three days and two nights. It can be fun to stay there during typhoon holidays. There are many activities for children to participate in. I spent 250 yuan to participate in a DIY course to make a weather bottle. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I ate at Monesi two nights in the past three days. The restaurant buffet has a variety of delicious meals, which is a good experience. 1. The old-fashioned Hsinchu Hotel (formerly CITIC Hotel), the service staff said that the first time you stay, you will be upgraded to the room type (!?), so you will be upgraded to the Yayi room. The hotel is a mixed building for the business, there is a hotel elevator, the other two are shared elevators, the hotel lobby is located on the first floor, the other side of the building is Meihuatai, selling affordable daily necessities, is a good place to go shopping *time! The parking lot of the hotel is located in the basement of the building, but because no one guards it and the fence in the basement does not automatically rise, you have to find relatives and friends to get off the bus and inform the hotel staff to open the fence before entering the parking lot. And a sign on the fence says ”The parking space is full”, the hotel staff said that to prevent the outside car entering, if you don't directly ask the hotel staff, you may be cheated by the sign! 3. The hotel counter staff is still kind. 4. The room in Yayi room is great, the bathroom is large, There is a wet and dry separation bathroom. The bathroom of the room type we stayed in was the innermost side of the room. Next to the bathtub was the entire large window, with good lighting and good view, which exceeded my expectations! (Originally staying in a deluxe room, the photos on the hotel's official website did not seem to have a wet and dry separation bathroom. The bathroom is small and dark, and the grade is very poor!) 5. The gym is located on the other side of the room floor. It is very inconvenient to change to the gym and take the elevator to get there. 7. Breakfast is average, basically there are some, you can also eat enough. Hotels also receive Luke Regiment, to avoid interfering with each other, there is another planning space for Luke Regiment to use breakfast. 8. Outside the hotel is a lively city. Hsinchu City Government is on the opposite street, next to Hsinchu City Tax Bureau, there is an alley next to it. There are several cheap gourmet shops to eat. This trip has to one of the Japanese restaurant to eat, the food is delicious, cheap consumption, very convenient! 9.
