The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course "Style Thai beef wok" with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Hotel de 10, todo perfecto. La limpieza de las habitaciones, el personal,el desayuna, la comida todo exquisito. El SPA muy bien y los masajes una pasada. Volveremos !!!

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica. Nos dieron una habitación superior sin haberlo pedido. La habitación muy bonita, cómoda y espaciosa. El spa de 10 y las instalaciones también. No tengo absolutamente ninguna queja.

Muy buen trato,hotel ranquila,el spa genial, al téner un amplio horario no hay mucha gente, con lo cuál no esta lleno,,alrededor hay ambiente y restaurantes para tomar algo, comer cenar ,etc ..hemos ido ya 3 veces,así que recomendable 100por 100

La primera impresión es poco glamurosa, al borde de la carretera pero el personal es muy , muy amable, habitación muy limpia con una excelente relación calidad precio y el spa y masajes excelente. Detalles muy cuidados. La cafetería para desayunos y cenas perfecta. Muy recomendable y con una excelente ubicación para conocer Cantabria.
