The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course "Style Thai beef wok" with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Es un hotel muy completo, habitaciones amplias, camas muy cómodas, se come bien, el spa está genial, lo malo es que a determinadas horas, deberían de poner aforo, ya que se pierde la esencia "relax" con tanta gente. Hoznayo es un pueblo que tiene de todo, mucho ambiente, sitios muy ricos para comer y cercano a poblaciones más grandes. Volveremos!

Una vez más repetimos estancia allí. Esta vez con nuestra hija pequeña. Habitación triple bastante grande y cómoda. El SPA hasta arriba de gente al ser sábado pero bien. No obstante, volvimos a bajar el domingo. Esta vez no hicimos uso del comedor pero si de la cafetería para desayunar. Todo muy bien. Sin ninguna duda, volveremos a repetir.

Instalaciones espectaculares. Nos alojamos con una niña en una suite junior del hotel, la habitación muy amplia con una terraza-patio enorme y contaba tanto con ducha como con bañera hidromasaje.
Tenía un pequeño parque de bolas-zona de juegos que para familias está bien.
La única pega el pésimo servicio de cafetería del hotel, no solo por las malas caras sino porque costaba que te atendiesen y no paraban de discutir los trabajadores delante de los clientes sobretodo cuando las familias se ponían en las mesas de delante del parque infantil porque ninguno quería ir a atender a esa zona al quedarle mas a desmano. Desayunamos y cenamos 2 dias en el hotel y tuvimos que suplicar para que nos atendieran y hasta para pagar, la verdad un poco lamentable porque para nosotros el hotel de 10 y para niños muy recomendable. Otro detalle a mejorar sería que de vez en cuando alguien del hotel se pasase por el spa ya que a pesar de poner carteles de máximo 10 minutos en los jacuzzis la gente no respetaba, además nos cuadró durante la estancia con el hospedaje de un equipo de hockey que nunca utilizaron gorros en el spa a pesar de que estaba claramente indicado que era obligatorio y algunos llegaron a meterse sudados y con vendajes.
Por lo demas todo fenomenal

Todo perfecto. Los desayunos y cenas de 10. Habitación amplia, cómoda y buenas vistas a la montaña. El spa también bien, aún que no funcionaban un par de cosas. Buena ubicación y buen trato de los empleados del hotel. Repetiría sin dudarlo. Recomendable

Vengo varias veces al año y todo es estupendo y los trabajadores muy amables, pero si es verdad que en la zona siempre hay varios chorros que no funcionan y cuando hay mucha gente se quedan muy pequeñas las opciones y cuando hay poca no lo puedes disfrutar. Tendrían que tenerlo en cuenta y revisar a diario para que pidamos disfrutar de todas las piscinas.
