The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course "Style Thai beef wok" with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

Reservamos una habitación superior y , para ser un 4 estrellas, dejaba bastante que desear. Amplia si, pero muy vieja y usada, se echan dejaba menos detalles de otros hoteles de esta categoría…cafetera, botellín de agua…etc. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en modo frío y pasamos mucho calor. El bufet de desayuno y cena muy limitado y con muchas colas para servirte un simple café.(solo 1 cafetera en marcha siendo puente y habiendo un montón de invitados de una boda). La verdad es que era nuestra 4 visita a este hotel y nos a decepcionado bastante.

Nos encantó!! Fuimos 2 días, personal muy simpático y atento, instalaciones cuidadas. Con la reserva nos incluía acceso a un pequeño spa, maravilloso. Servicio de desayunos, restaurante y limpieza 10/10. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda 🤗

The hotel is super comfortable and ideal for families. The rooms are very spacious and have a jacuzzi. Everything is clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very complete and delicious. There's a special area for children while parents can have a drink and watch their children play! The waiters are super professional and friendly! I definitely recommend it and will return again!

Very nice hotel, very well located for what we wanted. Very spacious room, everything very clean and comfortable. The spa was phenomenal. Very close to Santander and the beaches of Somo and Langre, which was where we wanted to go. It's also very close to Lierganes, a very pretty town we hadn't been to before.

Hotel stupendo ma in reception personale molto maleducato e scortese. La mia prenotazione include la colazione ma siccome parto alle 6:30 e il bar è chiuso , Ho chiesto di poter sostituire la mia colazione con dei Sobao da consumare più tardi. Risposta negata categoricamente. Notare che nei soggiorni precedenti mi è sempre stato concesso. Venerdì 11/04/2025 sarà il mio ultimo giorno qui. Non tornerò più sicuramente.
