The room of the hotel is not so good. Things inside the room were very old and useless. Not up to the mark hotel at this rate. This hotel i need to improve the at rooms and their services

Terrible experience please don't go with family. All of them just ask for tip. Water bottles are expensive. They charge you more than mrp. Not at all clean.

My experience was very bad because they took 500/ for kids extra bed but my booking was for 2+2 else they were askibg to sleep on ground they were forcing that 500 in cash not in phone pay breakfast they only consider 90/rupees and asked to pay extra. Hotel staff was forcing fir tip amount hotel location surrounding by fish market and bad smell was coming around. Very very bad experience

The hotel was terribly dirty, lift was not working properly, toilet was too dirty to use, given blanket was stinky and unhygienic. Hotel location also is in dirty area. Overall terrible experience.

People were so rude. No manners how to speak. He talked badly. He was the main manager i guess. Also charged 100 rs extra when he dropped us. Not proffesonal at all. Washroom was very dirty

Room was below standard and very congested. They were not clear about the complementary breakfast of 4 they told me to have for 2 only instead of 4 then i clarified and showed them booking where it clearly mentioned for 4 people and also they just gave a limited meal. Not more than that. If you need one more puri or chapati. You have to pay extra.

Hotel staff behaviour was not good. Hotel was not clean. Washroom was terrible. We were all girls gang that's why we had suffered a lot. For girls say no to this unhygienic hotel

The service is not good. The room and bed are average clean. I think akash hotel is very castli. I don't like this hotel.
