I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed, especially by the stunning lobby—it’s easily one of the standout features. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and upscale. The design is modern yet warm, with elegant lighting, comfortable seating areas, and a touch of luxury that sets the tone for the entire stay.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive. My room was clean, well-appointed, and consistent with the quality expected of a 4-star property. Amenities were solid, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable.

While there’s always a bit of room for improvement—perhaps in room service speed or variety—the impressive lobby and overall ambiance truly elevate the guest experience. I’d definitely return and recommend it to travelers looking for a refined yet approachable stay.

The hotel staff is quite enthusiastic. The location is a little off, but not far from the subway station. The room facilities are old and there is a bit of smell. But the worst thing is the sound insulation. There is a room next to the hotel room, and you can hear coughing and talking clearly at night

Overall, it was a nice place if you are on a budget. The agent put us in a decent room when I requested, though I also requested not to be next to the stairwell and had no warning that would be the location.  So, it was noisy after hours and early morning - also, the room had a distinctive dirty socks odor and the air was so loud I had to turn it off.  Easy wego & restaurant access were a bonus.

Very nice affordable hotel on Niagara region.

The hotel is located in the urban pedestrian street. The traffic is very convenient. It is about 3 minutes walk from the drop-off location. Near the attractions. It is also close to the cruise terminal and to the Iguazu Falls Airport. It is also convenient to take a taxi for about 13 dollars. Breakfast is good. The hotel has a car service. The money service is very good. Friendly, storage of luggage is very friendly, service is awesome, it is a hotel worthy of praise

The room was very well equipped, with all the details of the best hotels. 
Although the location is essentially to be close to football, it is an excellent alternative for any occasion.
