Fantastic stay! Beautiful property very tranquil. Very helpful staff. The room was very clean and had everything you need. Easy to navigate instructions. Felt very safe and organized. All in all a wonderful stay.

What a lovely quiet, serene weekend at Waterlands. A lovely setting, close to the nature walks along the river, and such lovely hosts.

Beautiful getaway. Friendly staff and everything you need while having a braai and taking in the beauty of nature that they have created there. A must visit when you're in the area! Perfect for getting away from the busy city vibe. They also have the loveliest dogs.

This is in the most magical piece of land it's like a magical fairy forest! The room is super spacious and had a private patio with a couch as well. Was perfect for my overnight stay but I would love to come back and stay longer. I wouldn't hesitate to make a booking at Waterland!

Schöne große Familienzimmer. Wunderschöne Garten in dem auch mal Eichhörnchen rum laufen. Nette Gastgeber. Möglichkeit die wäsche vor Ort waschen zu lassen. Der Frühstückskorb ist mehr als ausreichend und sehr sehr lecker. Aber nur für Hundefreunde geeignet. Die 6 Hunde sind aber alle super lieb.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Waterland Lodge und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt und das Personal sehr nett. Auch für Familien mit Kindern wird hier viel geboten, es gibt Spielmöglichkeiten und einen schönen kleinen Pool.

We had a fabulous three night stay at Waterland Lodge in mid December. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and made her feel at home. The giant tree swing was a massive hit with my daughter and we loved the gardens and swimming pool which was warm compared to other accommodation we stayed at . I am petrified of bugs so was quite apprehensive about staying in such a remote area, but didn’t see anything other than the odd ant. The seven dogs are delightful and looked after us well! We will definitely return, thank you very much!
