We stayed at this hotel for 9 days when our power was out after Hurricane Beryl. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The fitness center was better than average for this type of hotel, and there is a nice outdoor seating area on the second floor, elevated above the parking lot. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and dinner (not free) but with very limited options. Our room was cleaned every day of our stay. We received the “long term stay rate” — for all nights — after we had been there 7 days.

The rest of the hotel is very good, that is, the front desk of the hotel helps to call the taxi and the driver is too disgusting. We come from the airport for only 45 knives, go to the airport front desk and tell me 90, hard to see the driver after the arrival. I only gave the kickback. I didn’t have a local mobile phone on my temporary business trip, and I couldn’t call Uber. I could only let him kill him.

I stayed in a different hotel for half a month from California to Texas. This is the worst one. The bedding looks like chemical fiber, and the pillows have all kinds of taste! !! !! We have already given bad reviews on yelp, we must tell everyone not to come! !! !! However, the service of a younger brother at the front desk was very good. The baby's milk was gone. There was no milk in the merchandise department. The younger brother gave away breakfast milk in particular! So the service gives 5 points! !!

Start with the positives - rooms are fine, not the most recent updates but it's OK and clean. Breakfast service was good and attentive. Food was typical HGI which is fine for me and always better than Hampton or Homewood. Negatives - fitness room had at least 3 machines out of order. Hot water for an evening shower was not available. It was lukewarm at best. Coffee service in room was sub-par. Maxwell House? I think I remember my grandparents drinking that. Cheap little cups to burn your hand with and no insulating sleeve. Seems cost cutting is the game here. It's not horrible but it's just OK and not best representation of the HGI brand. Hope management gives it some thought.

We have stayed at this hotel several times because it meets our special needs - a handicapped room (suite) with two beds and a roll in shower. Property is well kept up, and staff was very friendly. A little bit noisy due to the close location to I-10, but not too bad by any means. Nice to have a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, two burner cook top and microwave, as well as dishes and pots and pans. Reasonable price for buying sodas and snacks and such at the front desk. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for a total of 10 days. There are many restaurants nearby, as well as two large supermarkets. It is very convenient to get on the highway as soon as you exit. The location is also very good, about 20 minutes to the city center or Chinatown, to the airport. recommend!

Because of the corona virus crisis there are big restrictions in this hotel too, but it is still very good and clean. Friendly and helpful emergency personnel make a positive contribution.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at this Holiday Inn Express. I want to point out Crystal at the front desk. We arrived at 7:15 AM with our car in the shop and no where else to go until our official check in time of 4 pm. Crystal welcomed us with open arms, offering us access to the breakfast bar, and the lounge area where we were able to work for the day. She did her best to get us in our room as soon as possible, as well as checked in with us to see if there was anything she could helps us with while we waited. I will also note that the hotel was super clean, including our room and the public areas. The hotel is on the newer side and everything is pristine. There are multiple usb ports around the room, large smart tv and motorized blinds. The bathroom is huge and stocked with the products you would expect to find in the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and offered a wide variety of items to satisfy all diets. The location is easy to access from the freeway and close to great restaurants.

GGuest UserThe price is average, more than 600 one night, the room is generally like, the location is OK, go to the city center is very close, there seems to be nothing to eat around. The location is relatively remote, there is no convenience or shopping malls around, it is to the city center.

GGuest UserI love this hotel, all staff members have smile on their face when i walk in and they treat you like a royalty. Neil Patel the manager is always around and knows everyone that stays here. They have limited breakfast due to Pandemic but its more than most of the hotels now a days. Housekeeping does awesome job keeping the rooms and lobby clean. I highly recommend this hotel. There are plenty of options to eat nearby within walking distance.

I was offered an overnight stay due to flight cancellation, on my way back to Mexico. The hotel is old and the rooms and bathrooms need renovations (broken window, noisy air conditioning, smelly atmosphere). But this is not really an issue as - after all - I was only there for a few hours. The experience went from ok-ish to really bad, though, when I woke up to find bugs in the bed. I left as fast as I could and finally made it home, covered by bug bites. I would not recommend this place.

VvrheilmannThe floors were disgusting. I took my toddlers shoes and socks off and he ran around for a good 10 minutes and he came back with them black. I think it’s about that time those rugs got shampooed. Also in my opinion breakfast was too early I sent my husband down at 9 AM thinking we could get breakfast, but breakfast was already over
