Great stay. Thanks Maranda. Fitness center was good and the Maxine’s worked. Beds were comfy. Great stay overall. I will be back again for sure. Need 200 Cara tires to finish this review even though I am done . Still typing to get to 200 ok there now.
We stayed at this hotel during our spring break trip. I had one adult and three kids and we had plenty of space. The breakfast was the usual some hot items eggs, sausage, on one day and eggs and bacon another along with some cereal items, bagels, some mini muffins , yogurt along with oatmeal and several toppings and fruit which the kids loved. The staff was very friendly and there was plenty of parking and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Very Good

Best value in a hotel that I've experienced for a very long time. Everything was new. The breakfast was the best I've ever seen in this class of hotel. Great way to spend the night before catching a flight after a Galveston cruise. Staff was very friendly
The receptionist was okay, even though she stayed on her phone most of the time. The AC in our room was leaking, so we had water all over the place. Cleaning ladies did not go to our room to clean our room, take the trash or change bedsheets. We have requested the baby crib before checking in, called days earlier but when we got there, no baby crib was provided to us, we had to wait to get it.
I give them 1 star because 0 isn't an option. We booked and prepaid rooms as part of an extended family vacation. We paid extra to have additional beds in the rooms. We wanted everyone (including kids) to have a bed. Upon arrival, we were informed that they did not have the number of beds we paid for. The hotel's suggested solution was to cancel the booking. After a fight, they did give us another room but it took hours to get it. In one room, the sheets had not been changed as there were long black hairs and stains everywhere in the sheets Then, there's the airport shuttle. The hotel claims that it has a priority list and that the riders are boarded by priority. (In other words, those that reserve a seat are supposed be boarded before those that show up.) The priority list is meaningless. Our group booked with priority and should have been together on the shuttle. The driver allowed 6 people that walked up (without ”priority”) to board ahead of us. The driver acknowledged they shouldn't have been on the shuttle but claimed it was only a short trip so it shouldn't matter. (The trip is almost 45 minutes round trip.) Don't go through the same aggravation. Stay some where else

The hotel looks very tall, the inside is the domestic Samsung standard, the air conditioning noise is huge, it is simply unable to sleep, the most important thing is that the air conditioner should be broken, it is not easy to use. There is free parking in the hotel, not far from the airport. The overall feeling is general
Good hotel in a decent location, decent breakfast too. Would recommend.

Xxiao樱桃Like a motel, the room is large, clean, and fully equipped, but because it is close to the highway, there is a car driving overnight. If the sleep is estimated to be a bit noisy, I feel that it is okay after living for 6 days. The only thing I am not happy with is that the breakfast content is too small, but the price is cheap and acceptable.
GGuest User Location was ok, the room has a little odor , but he cleaning crew did not do a good job in cleaning the room. After getting to my room I immdeiate notice the shower was not clear and their was blood on the ceiling above the bed. I went to front desk to ask for housekeeping. The lady at the front desk stated that housekeeping was about to go home. So I explain to her my issue , she said let her look at and she came to the room with a cleaning bottle and rag. I got the stuff from her, me and my husband clean the shower and stain on wall as best we could. We didn't get another room as we where there for for one night and didn't want to go threw the trouble. Other than that the hotel was ok. Only one loud guest across the hall from us.
GGabzGabzThe reception was friendly, but the atmosphere of the lobby is rather cool. The check-in took a little while, everything else was convincing. The price/performance ratio is OK. The room was equipped with the most necessary, especially mentionable is the really quiet refrigerator and the air conditioning / heating that can be individually entered and also exhibited. The rooms have a pleasant size, no coffee machine for them a fabric and board. The location of the hotel is right next to the highway, which means, on the one hand, that you really hear the traffic - a constant noise -, on the other hand, the connection is very good.
EErikayueThe room is old, but the overall feeling is OK, the reception staff is in the room, talking through the glass, it feels not very good, the reception staff is not enthusiastic enough.
AAlfyshawn61To Whom It May Concern, I hope this message finds you well. I booked a room for one night on the 14th of February (Res #: 3190012762) for one of my employees, Hany Asaad at the Extended Stay America – The Woodlands (150 Valley Wood Rd, The Woodlands, TX 77380). The hotel front desk receptionist would not allow Mr. Asaad to check in because he did not have his own credit or debit card that night, although he did have his DL. I asked the lady receptionist if I could e-mail or fax her my business credit card that I initially booked the room with, along with my DL and a signed authorization form. I also told her that I was 150 miles away and needed to book a room for my employee for business related reasons. Unfortunately, she kept refusing my requests and insisted that Mr. Asaad present his own credit card. Hany slept in his car that night. She also made it a point to cite a US law regarding this and said, “In the US we don’t do that.” Obviously due to the fact that my accent is pretty strong. For her to go that far was extremely disrespectful. As an ex-business owner, this sort of nonsense would have never been tolerated. Thank you for your time and diligence in this matter.
