staff friendliness. Even if you do not speak English well, you will be kind to me slowly. Smoking area is good. However, the shower water pressure is weak.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and enjoyable! From the friendly front desk welcome to the attentive housekeeping and restaurant team. Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and any small request we had was taken care of almost instantly. It’s rare to find a hotel where service feels this seamless and genuine. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll truly feel taken care of, I can’t recommend Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston Energy Corridor enough. Looking forward to returning!

I had a fantastic experience at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston! Even before we arrived, Renita stood out with her exceptional customer service—she sent helpful emails ahead of time to streamline our check-in process, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. After our stay, she followed up to see how everything went, which was such a thoughtful touch. The entire front desk team was also friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. This hotel really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be back!
