We always enjoy Biggio's, Lazy River, and The M Club. Everything at this property is fresh and new and clean. Our stay this time started off on the right foot at the front desk. What a pleasure....to have Karen Washington checking us in. With so much incompetence and ineptitude everywhere you go, it was refreshing to experience professionalism, friendliness, and just whiz-bang competance. It looks like she's won some awards. Easy to understand why.

From the moment we arrived at the Marriott Marquis, Antoinette at the front desk set the tone for what became one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! This was our first time staying at this property, and as Marriott members, we were treated with such kindness and care by Antoinette that we immediately felt at home. Antoinette truly went above and beyond in every way. She anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful suggestions, and took the time to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Her warm, genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors passing through. Because of her exceptional service, we’ve decided to bring our family back to this hotel — we loved it that much. Antoinette didn’t just check us in; she created a memorable experience we’ll never forget. She is a shining example of what world-class hospitality looks like, and we can’t thank her enough for making our trip so special. We can’t wait to return!

One night fantastic stay. I was greeted by a spacious lobby; the amenities was superb and my room decor + the large windows are my best favorite!! Very near to George Brown Convention Center, which I had a meeting.

Loved the whole pool experience…very relaxing and a great vibe! Just the right amount of music, good food and adult beverages with excellent service. Enjoyed Texas T for breakfast pickup. Walkable everywhere we wanted to go including Daikin Stadium twice.

DO NOT BOOK!!! I prepaid for a room but unfortunately had a family emergency (my dad was diagnosed with cancer and hospitalized) so was not able to go on this trip. I spent $1000 for 2 nights and they would not refund or credit me. I could only reschedule to stay at this exact hotel (with my situation was not sure when I would travel). Super rude and not helpful at all. Zero compassion. I travel a lot and with my job come into contact with lots of people. I will never stay at a Marriott again. And I will make sure to inform everyone to avoid this brand.

Convenient location with updated, clean rooms. Loved the Texas shaped lazy river even though I didn’t get to use it during my work event. Made me happy seeing all the happy vacationers! Love the bridge to the convention center and easy access to so many great restaurants! Only thing is that the elevators and lobby got extremely crowded at times and could have used to tidying up.

Only negative not is the TV. Not that we were in our room a lot but the TV audio would de sync and if you turned the tv off to fix it, it would mess they tv up and would take a while to get it working again
