Great hotel. Only draw back was there wasn’t a microwave oven in the room.

You can't check in before 3 o'clock. There is a sock at the door of the room. There is a problem with the water in the bathroom. The water flooded the room after taking a shower.

Hygiene: Dust can be seen everywhere in the room, and there is a strong sewer smell.
Service: Unprofessional service. It took two days of communication to change the room before the result was received. When I checked in, the deposit charged me a thousand dollars for the first time. The front desk found out that it was a mistake.
The room has no windows that let in sunlight, and it’s no different from living in a basement.

Clean and friendly hotel.
Great location and very nice to stay.
There was no restaurant for breakfast, but it was okay to eat simple food sold on the first floor.

Johnathan was great help with my luggage and and consistent when I needed guidance around the city. I really enjoyed my time and things where great with the hotel aloft the pool the drinks it was all amazing had so much fun can’t wait for next year!

My car was robbed while with the valet. There was no sign of a break in, so at minimum the valet left my car unlocked after parking it. Was not compensated and only received an automated email saying there was nothing they would do. Would not recommend this hotel as you cannot trust your belongings here
