It's worth the price. The bed is very comfortable, better than expected. It's very convenient to have a free shuttle bus.

The breakfast is good, and the hygiene of the hotel is good. Free parking, airport shuttle. Good in every way. However, there are no toiletries in American hotels, remember to bring your own.

The first room STUNK. And the lights were burned out. They changed our room to a better one. The breakfast was gross, but fine. Then when we left our car window was BUSTED OUT (as were THREE OTHER CARS). Called the police who told us to ask front desk for a shop vac. They acted annoyed and wouldn’t give us one until the police told them to..by then we had already called a detailing place to get this fixed. On top of that when my wife went inside to ask them a question the front desk lady without blinking an eye said “I wasn’t working last night!” Which seems weirdly guilty for no reason! HATED this experience. Ruined our week and cost us hundreds in repairs!

The hotel was clean and quiet. However, the pool was closed. It was full of green slime and algae. None of the ice machines were working in the hotel. Not one. The staff did not offer us any free bottled water. The workout room was unavailable. The fixtures and furniture were worn and a bit damaged. The free breakfast was fresh and well stocked. The staff was friendly and courteous.

We paid to stay one night and park for 8 nights at this hotel. Night 1 our truck was broken into.. window smashed in. At some point after that the truck was stolen. Hotel never contacted us. They could care less. When we called them we were told “no idea what happened… will call you back” and they never did. Do NOT stay here. Police have said they are known to have this problem!!!

We did the park sleep and fly with this hotel, first our truck got broke into the night we got there. And while in Mexico the truck got stolen and hotel DID not call us! And when I called them from Mexico because a stranger called me to inform me he had something out of my truck. The hotel had NO idea my truck was there or not! Had the staff go look for my truck and it was gone! They were no help when asked if they had my truck towed, said they would call back and tell me 2 hours later I called them back. Then told I would have to call back tomorrow when the boss was in! So I called the Houston police department to find out what happened and that it was in fact stolen! DO NOT USE this hotel they have a problem and DO NOTHING about it! They know of the issue and DO NOTHING!

The first room that they placed me in had mold, roaches. When I reported the matter they changed my room. Days later a male worker forced his way into my room without knocking. His excuse was because I requested dry towels but I did not request additional towels because housekeeping came earlier that day. When I reported the situation to the front desk she stated that he was clocked out and that he shouldn’t had been on duty. I reported it to corporate but I didn’t get a call back. Then 2 days later someone broke into my car.

The property is not well maintained. There was an indentation in the bathroom wall next to the shower where mold had started to grow. When we arrived there was no TV remote control so we had to ask for one. Then, it would only turn the TV on and off and change the channels. They had to come back and fix how the TV was wired to the satellite box. The room also had missing light bulbs from two light fixtures. They could only replace one of them. The facial tissue dispenser in the bathroom was completely empty - cleaning service should have at least caught this. Carpets stains in the room and hallway.
