It is the second best hotel in the Houston Downtown area. The volume is relatively mini. But the Chinese are used to living in four- and five-star hotels in China, so this place is not good. It is a few steps away from Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan Chase. Also, several Marriott hotel foyers in the area look very lowser. The next time I come to Houston, I will only stay at the Four Seasons Hotel.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at, so many nice details from the smell of the lobby, friendly staff and infused water in the lobby to stay hydrated. Our room included snacks bar and expresso machine were nice touch. The front desk especially Gary who was helpful and responsive to our concerns and really enhanced our stay with. I would highly recommend and so glad I selected this hotel to stay at.

This is the most elegant hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. The rooms are so clean, bed was comfortable, free mini bar with goodies that were replenished daily. Great shower and the shampoo/conditioner is to die for. Everyone from the valet to front desk to concierge to the room attendant were so gracious and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was really do good and don’t even ask me about the coffee.. omg, I’ve got no words. Would have to say.. a bit pricey but so well worth it. Would I stay there again, a big yes in a heartbeat! Thank you The Lancaster Hotel for a much needed restful get away!

The Lancaster is always phenomenal! We stay here roughly 8 - 11 times a year for the Astros games. The staff is always extra friendly especially, Kaylee, Gary, Alan, Mark, Sam and SUNNY!!!!! We have brought many friends here and we absolutely love it!!! Gary went out of his way to help us today!!!

The hotel is beautiful overall. We were warmly welcomed by first rate staff,( valet attendants, bellman, front desk) Our room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed, including furnishings and bed. The bathroom was well lit, GREAT shower pressure, nice, fluffy towels and plenty of them. Dinner in the Cultivated restaurant was very good. I would book the restaurant for dinner even if not staying in the hotel. The crab cakes are some of the best we’ve had. The braised short rib with mushroom risotto was prepared to perfection. I look forward to staying at The Lancaster Hotel again in the near future.

We had an outstanding experience during our recent stay at The Lancaster, from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly professional and attentive. Check-in was smooth and efficient. Gary is consistently welcoming and accommodating, making our stay a pleasure. There was a problem with my mini fridge, so I called the front desk, Gary sent a service technician within 5 minutes to check on it, how impressive it was. This hotel consistently goes above and beyond, and we highly recommend this luxury hotel.
