Staff were gracious and helpful. Room is clean.
The room door has issues, hard to close and it's a struggle to open. The elevator is a problem. We lined up for 30 minutes to use one elevator.

This place smelled like mold, was humid, was dirty, and badly needs a complete remodel. It might have been nice in the early 1990s, but it is not now. The staff at the desk was nice, but everyone else, not so much. If I had to stay here again, I would find another place. It was not scary - it just was not nice.
