We attended the Rod Stewart concert and decided to stop in to have a tardy at bar and a little snack. The bartender Kalani was very delightful and made our experience a treat, the manager Kyle stopped by to say hi. I represent the Hawaiian civic of Texas and we plan to visit Mr Kyle for a group rate for our convention next year. Richard

Had my car broken into on their parking lot. Driver front and rear windows smashed in. They were smart enough to know not to open the doors or the alarm would have sounded. Rummaged through the center console but I do not leave valuables in the car. Pointless! No security cameras and bad lighting. My fault for knowing better. Lady at front desk was zero help. Will never stay at this location ever again in this life or the next. Hoping I can get it fixed Saturday before having to drive back to Dallas.

The hotel was okay overall. It was odd that rooms had a refrigerator and not a microwave. The shower also did not drain efficiently and water pooled when taking a shower. The rooms and property were generally clean and well kept. Did not try the breakfast or visit the on site restaurant.

My 2019 GMC 1500 truck was STOLEN from the hotel on Jan 14, 2024! I thought I was staying in a decent area. No cameras at the hotel. I was parked in the front row. Never heard anything out of management after the fact and they were notified by the desk clerk.

Worst hotel experience ever! The beds are awful. After night 1 I asked to be in a new room because my husband and I were sleeping on each other in the middle be the bed was junk. Night 2, my daughter got sick and puked all over the bed, comforter and pillows. They claimed they did not have access to the maids closet to get new pillows or a comforter so if we wanted to change rooms to have those items we would have to pay for our remaining nights of our stay. I decided if we had to pay for the stay again we were moving to the Hampton 10 minutes away because the Hampton has never failed us and always has comfy beds. We ended up borrowing a blanket and a pillow from another family members room and the next day they gave us new pillows and comforter. Our other family member had found a cockroach in their room and killed it.

Worst courtyard experience. I received attitude and pushback from the front desk as soon as I arrived. They then proceeded to put me in the wheelchair accessible room, to make a statement? Nasty Staff

This was my first visit to this hotel in a while. This place has changed for the worse. My check-in was longer than normal. An elevator was broken. I was recognized as a Platinum Elite member, but that is where the good stuff ended. This hotel is in need of a lot of Tender Loving Care and updating. My toilet worked 50% of the time. The shower never produced hot water. The bathroom sink did have hot water though. There was a leak for my entire stay. The picture shows the bathroom ceiling peeling off and leaking. I stayed courtyard side. When there were people there outside, it was very noisy. This was a business stay for me and the noise was overwhelming. My bed was hard as a rock. It has seen its' best days. The rooms and hotel are the same as they were 6 years ago.

I was greeted immediately on arrival and checked in quickly and efficiently. My room was a standard old style Courtyard bedroom. The HDTV was surprisingly small in comparison with other Courtyard properties I've stayed in recently. Everything was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. For the price paid on my particular visit (Senior Rate) the value was more than adequate. Free parking makes a difference. The hotel on my particular stay was quiet.

The rooms here are a bit dated with small TVs but it was comfortable with our king sofa room having lots of space inside. The view of the courtyard with the pool is really nice. Excellent service all around. Everyone we came in contact with was super friendly here and wanting to make you feel right at home. From the front desk to the dining area, everyone greeted us with a smile and took care of us perfectly. Hats off to this wonderful team of individuals.
