It looks like it is decorated in a rural style, in the style of a wealthy person. The room is quite big. There is no refrigerator in my room. The breakfast is a bit expensive. I don't recommend buying it. The location is okay.

It looks like it is a new hotel in 24 years online, but this is not the case when I actually visit the store. It should be renovated. The service is average. There is no coffee and water in the lobby, only paid ones. Breakfast is also paid, but it is not recommended because you drive to a nearby restaurant. The food is richer and more varied, and the hygiene is acceptable. If you want to be quieter, don't choose a room next to the highway. You also have to pay 10 dollars per night for parking, because you have no choice nearby.

On May 29,2022 we reserved a room at Hotel Grand Tuscany, 12801 NW Freeway, Houston,Texas the hotel had booked the entire pool area for a loud party May 29, music so loud our windows rattled on the 4th floor until past 10 pm. Pool area was over capacity. If guests had wanted to swim anyway you would have to buy a ticket Parking lot is managed by 3rd party, you have to pay to park. Attendants took money from every car entering the lot regardless of lot being past capacity. When it was full they made vehicles park in the neighborhood. We had gone to supper off premises and when we returned the lot was full. If the next day had not been a holiday and you parked at the bank your car would have been towed.

First of all this was a gift so I didn't want to complain about something that was given to us. However, I wanted to share a few things with future guests so they can make an informed decision. Pros- Bobbi. The front desk associate was so kind and accommodating. She worked with us to make sure our stay was as nice as could be. She even upgraded our room for free. Lobby- It was ok. I liked the chandeliers Pool- Pretty. (At night) Cons- Parking- You have to pay $10 a night. (Just be aware of this when booking) Location- It's in a rough neighborhood so be careful. Decor- The whole thing looks like they tried but cheaply. Housekeeping- To be honest I think they're under staffed. The floors never looked vacuumed. And really the whole place could have been much cleaner. In out final room, it kinda looked like they just cleaned the sheets/towels and kinda quickly wiped everything down. Not thoroughly at all. Pool- Not so pretty (in the daylight) there's trash in the pool and honestly looks disgusting. If you end up in room 331 just expect to take a hike. Lol. It's on the backside of the building. We ended up moving rooms 2 times. When we got a free upgrade we expected to get a refrigerator (we had leftovers) but there was none so she moved us into one that did. It was broken and smelled like cigarettes. She moved us again and got it right. Like a said she was accommodating and had no attitude about the situation. Loved her! All in all I give it a 3 1/2. Only because she did a great job. However, we will not be staying here again or recommending anyone. The photos are deceiving.

Excellent service from Karan and staff. He was friendly and really happy to help us with what we chose. Didn't forget to top the wine up and upsold well!! 😃Loving our one night stay at the Hilton T5, everyone we met were friendly and helpful. The executive rooms are lovely.

We had to change our plans. We were attending a family reunion and had planned to stay here with family members from out of state. The kids (and adults) were looking forward to swimming in the lazy river. Our plans changed after learning about the loss of life of little Aliyah in the lazy river. People, read the reviews about this place and google the hotel incident at this hotel. RIP little one.

I have been staying at this hotel on and off for over a year and half. Every single stay has been a nightmare. The false evacuation alarms going off for 3 nights will end up fatal. There was zero reasoning the first two nights we all left the building. On the third night I did not even bother to leave my room. There was only one elevator that worked and at one point I was stuck with 8 people which the limit is 5 but no one seemed to care about the weight limit. This place is not a fancy hotel. From no cold water to no a/c. My room was left open and unlocked after the cleaning lady came. I feel unsafe every single time. Though being gated there still is issues with cars and people running into the gates. It truly is a shame how I try to give them the doubt with having new management but nothing has changed.

My sister and I came for a mid week getaway and we initially blown away by how gorgeous the hotel was upon first sight. Unfortunately the beauty of the lobby and the ballroom was overshadowed by the only elevator that goes past the 3rd floor (of a 10 floor hotel) that was out of service for the majority of the trip. The first time it happened, we brought it to staff's attention and she said they were "working" on the elevator and lead us to the service elevator in the employee only area. Eventually the elevator was "fixed", only to be out of service again but the end of the night. Apparently, holding the door open for too long triggers the automatic shut off feature and the elevator has to be reset **every single time** it happens, which appears to be all day long. Too bad no one who works there seems to care enough to either take notice of the people who are gathered around the elevator waiting to go to their rooms on high floors, or to put a sign up that says do not hold the door open. Did I mention that the other working elevator only goes to one side of the 2nd and 3rd floors? It was such a ridiculous inconvenience and i was only on the 4th floor, and talking with other guests who were on higher floors, it was no picnic for them either. I can't even imagine how it must be for guests with limited mobility and physical disabilities. I literally can't even get into the bathroom light that flickered off and on for my whole trip, or the trays of food that were in the hhallways when we arrived and sat there for like 24 hours because we were told by the front desk you have to call house keeping for them to provide services. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
