I was very impressed with the staff. They were all friendly and welcoming. I am so used to hotels providing complimentary water bottles in the rooms that I called the front desk, thinking maybe housekeeping forgot to leave one. I did find out the hotel does not provide water, which is okay; I was going to go down to buy one, but the staff impressed me by apologizing that they didn't provide water and ended up having housekeeping/staff send a bottle of water to me anyway. Wow.

Wow! What a great team and exceptionally genuine care from this team. Jose Guerrero is a delight. Initially he delivered my packages to my room, with a smile while lugging an odd shaped box. On my way out today, Jose saw me juggling the box and once again came over with a smile to help me out. Jose, thank you for your natural kindness and heartfelt service. Each day, Silvia made my coffee. She exudes hospitality you don't often find while away from home. I enjoyed our short chat each morning. I didn't catch their names but equally kind were the front desk staff during the evening. So kind and helpful. I'll be back. Thank you!

I had a recent stay at this location for a business trip for three nights. I had some issues with my travels and needed to extend my stay. I shared my situation with Sade at the front desk and she was very pleasant and understanding. She was able to help resolve the issue and when I saw her the next day she remembered me and again was very nice. Even though I was only there for three nights it goes a long way when the staff takes the extra time to be welcoming to guests. I would definitely stay at this location again in the future. Many thanks to Sade and the entire team!

Trips to the cafe in the mornings and early afternoons are the best. When I see Silvia, Alice, and/or Omar, I know I'm in good hands. They always greet me with a friendly smile and know my drink order. It's because of them that I keep coming back! Wonderful people!

My experience at this location has always been positive. A shout out for the waitstaff. I wish to recognize the restaurant staff at this hotel. Specifically Sylvia, Alicia, Mimi and Omar. They all excel at giving myself and my coworkers prompt and friendly service.

Every staff member I encountered at the Marriott Galleria made sure I had a wonderful experience! They went above and beyond to help, especially the wait and bartending staff at the restaurant, Stacie at the front desk, and the young lady working the front desk later in the evening that would help me at the market! I was more than comfortable for my two night stay:)

I got coffee and the breakfast tacos at the 17fifty Bistro and enjoyed both! I got to talk to Alice, Sylvia, and Mimi. All three were very friendly and provided great service. The area was well put together and clean. I look forward to my next visit.
