I frequent the cafe on the first floor. Silvia, Alicia, and Omar are always happy and take a moment to greet me when I go. They know my coffee order and sometimes talk me into getting a breakfast taco :) They're the reason I keep coming back!

We had a great time staying here for work and huge shoutout to Jan Carlos for the best service at the bar. Delicious recommendations for food (get the chicken fried chicken)! Also, thank you to Alyssa who also worked at the bar area!

I had a great experience at the Marriott Houston. The bar staff truly made my stay memorable. Jan Carlos was excellent – friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, creating a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy. Alyssa was also extremely welcoming. Together, they made the bar a highlight of my visit. Excellent service, great drinks, and an overall wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend stopping by the bar when staying here!

Jenifa was a wonderful concierge room host each evening. The snacks and drinks were always plentiful and the hot food in the evenings was very good.

I met Jenifa Lino in the dining room and fell in love with her charm patience and smile. She is very customer oriented and ready to help in every way possible.. I go to the dining room just to say hello to her every evening… she makes staying at the hotel worthwhile

I work next door at BMcD and I am usually downstairs every day or so for an iced coffee to help me through the work day. The team at the Marriott cafe (Silvia/Alicia) are always there to provide friendly, prompt customer service with a smile. Always a bright spot in my day! :) - Josh C.

Garcelle was amazing at check in. She provided great restaurants to choose from, she was very kind, and gave top notch customer service. The rooms are dirty, outdated, and misleading from the appearance of the lobby. I was told when we were here last year that they are renovating and still old outdated rooms, nasty carpet, and old dirty bath tubs with shower curtains. Bad business for this hotel name to be Marriott. Who still have bathtubs instead of walk in showers. It also stink in the hallways of the rooms. Ice is nasty from the ice machine.
