The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the Chinese area, which is only a few minutes' drive away. Parking here requires additional payment, and the rooms are just average. The front desk staff are different every time, some are enthusiastic and some have very bad attitudes. The most annoying thing is that the elevator is broken and we have to stay upstairs.

The hotel environment is very good, and the Courtyard brand is pretty good. Although there is no breakfast and parking is charged separately, the price/performance ratio is barely acceptable, and the room is pretty good. The most important thing is that it is not far from the Chinatown. It only takes a few minutes to drive there.

When we arrived at our first room, we did a walk through. We found the air in the room musty and unpleasant. The toilet was unclean. We immediately went to ask the hotel receptionist for another room or to have someone come and clean it. We were given a second room. The second room had a burned out lamp, with a melted plastic globe, and a non-functioning phone. Once again, we asked the hotel receptionist to send someone to replace the lamp and to connect a working telephone. We got a third room. The third room was cleaner, better smelling, and the phone and lamps were working ok. There was a leaking faucet in the tub, but we were fine with that. I was glad the hotel receptionist was helpful in getting us cleaner room, with better working devices. Sadly, the next day, I asked for an office area where I could use a computer and internet, and they said the computer was not working.

Some of the rooms were not cleaned for one or two days, or the towels were not changed. The air conditioner in the room was either very cold when turned on, or a bit stuffy when turned off. In short, the experience was average.
