Four Points by Sheraton Houston Hobby Airport

Budget friendly, neat stay and close to Hobby airport

Horrible rooms and neighborhood should not wear the Sheraton’s name at all! Very deceitful and not what I was used to, staying in Four Points. Carpet was dirty throughout the hallway! Bathroom toilet looked to be ancient. Shower head had way too much calcium buildup. The air vents were molded and sofas wasn’t sitting worthy! Had to cut my trip short because of this poor excuse of a Sheraton Hotel 👎🏾 Run as fast as you can and take that damn Four Points Sign off of this 2 star motel!

I have traveled around the world and stayed at hundreds of hotels from 1 stars to 5 stars, and let me say by far this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at in 40 years of my travel life. How is this hotel a sheraton or part of the marriot chain is beyond me..first we couldn't walk about in the evenings as the manager said its un safe dont go. We arrive at the hotel around 10 pm and upon checking in we wanted to shower only to find out, there was no soap, shampoo or body wash in the room. We postponed the shower till we woke up.We asked the cleaning crew for the bathroom supplies for the cleaning lady to tell us they were completely out. I tried to comphrend what she meant by out because she did not speak one word of English. We then proceeded the lobby room to speak with the manager to provide us with the same essentials to tell me that the whole hotel is completely out of stock. I then asked the manager how do i bathe and clean myself his response was " there is a gas station a mile down from us you can buy your supplies there ". I cannot fathom how a Sheraton or any hotel/motel runs out of soap, shampoo, body wash this is totally unheard of. At this point I felt all itchy and dirty and I attributed to the fact i haven't showered in a day, we went upstairs to gather out things to go buy what we needed. I decided to look at the bed and the sheets since I was itchy all night only to see so many bed bugs and creatures on my bed. I took photos and videos which I will now p

Awful experience... I would never stay at that hotel again. We checked in at 11:00 p.m. on a Thursday night the room they gave us wasn't upgrade which we did not ask for then the room did not have any air conditioning so it was almost 80 in the room the next day we were leaving and we told him the air did not work they said that they would come and fix it while we were out when we came back it wasn't fixed they said we had to move rooms and it took them over an hour for them to find us a room got another room then that evening found out the room the desk was covered in bugs that I took pictures of so we had to move to another room and they were not willing to do any kind of compensation after speaking with them. There are also other things to mention the pool key didn't work so the man from the desk had to open it up if you wanted to use the pool there wasn't a blow dryer in the room asked for a blow dryer waited for over an hour and didn't receive it had to go track down housekeeping to get one there was many things that was wrong with the hotel.

Good value A clean hotel. With friendly staff. Close to the airport. Pretty good value for money.

Property was great, hotel is clean and comfortable, but there is nothing within walking distance, had to doordash for food to the tune of $60 for a sandwich, drink and chips. Would have bought food at the airport had we known of the lack of surrounding and walkable stores. Facility was great though...
