Motel 6 Houston, TX - East

The room was typical motel 6 fashion the owners are very, he owners are very kind. The house keeping are very efficient and the security. Is is walking am$ making sure everyone

This is probably the worst hotel anywhere. The rooms smell awful, There are cigarette wholes burnt in the blankets and dirty finger prints on the door frames.When I complained about the smell he gave me some air freshener to spray but it only masked the smell for a short time. Housekeeping came one time in three days ,left new towels but never made the bed. When asked about it he said she had done our room but I spilled chips on the floor but they were still there when we left. The hotel is mostly occupied by people who live there and are very noisy. It is not fit to be rented but I booked thru ******* and didn't know how to get out .I have contacted Hotel 6 head office and ******* about the conditions. The hotel does not look like the pics .Front counter is all closed in and not inviting and not very pleasant.If you give them a good rating they will give you a free Soda!! I would not start there again even if it was free!! STAY AWAY

The staff here at Motel 6 on East Frwy in Houston, Texas are very cordial with everyone! So excited to stay longer term! Thanku!
