The accommodation excels in customer service, spacious and clean rooms, convenient location, and a variety of amenities. Guests appreciated the delicious breakfast and attentive staff.

We booked out stay with friends for the Carolina Hurricanes Game. Great location, close enough to the arena but also surrounded by many great restaurants. The hotel had a nice bar, that stayed open pretty late after we got back from the game. we will be going back if the price is right for our next hockey game. The service and cleanliness was great.

I’ve been coming to this hotel each time I visit Raleigh since 2023 - which was when the hotel was still fresh from its last renovation. I came back each time because the hotel was relatively fresh and clean. The pool is a nice treat, and it’s close easy food at the mall, and has access to great trails for jogging. However, as of July 2025, the shine has come off the renovation, and it is not being maintained well. I’ve been on two rooms on my stat today, both have had things that don’t work well. One had a lamp at the desk - that couldn’t be plugged in .. its cord was wrapped through the desk, but couldn’t reach the only plug on the other side of the television. The second room has some creepy sticky stuff on the door of the bathroom, a light fixture hanging by a wire that’s a fire hazard, and generally feels dirty and worn out. The entrance to the pool from the lower level doesn’t work - and there’s no sign to indicate it is out of order. Even the cleaning has been subpar. I won’t be able to return until after the next renovation.
