We are not satisfied for the hotel arrangements and services.
They were not good enough. Heater was not working and we had no hot water

Room was comfortable and easy to access. Very comfortable beds. Staff friendly and obliging. Excellent breakfast done by Mum. The Assistant was very obliging ordering and chasing up the taxi for us. Location is excellent and decor good. My only complaint just a small one regarding cleanliness was a used bar of soap left on the bathroom sink and the badly stained armchair in the room. But overall a pleasant, comfortable short stay.

Excellent stay at Homestay Hotel Hounslow! The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and felt like home. The cleaning service was top-notch, with fresh towels and linens provided daily. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Special shoutout to the front desk team for their helpfulness and friendly smiles! Not the best... Wouldn't stay again
Arrived at the hotel and my partner was helping me out of the car as I'm on crutches withon 5 mins we had been given a parking ticket (not the hotels fault). The guy on reception was apologetic and due to be being on crutches gave us a room on that floor which was so small the door to the bathroom barely opened. The bed was a small double with a single duvet over it didn't even cover the full bed and the windows didn't shut properly so it was incredibly noisy. Overall it I'd paid the price on this site I wouldn't have minded but paid early check in when we arrived as we were heading to a rugby game plus £20 parking plus the parking ticket hotel ended up costing over £200 for one night could have stayed at the premier in cheaper.

The room we got has 2 king size bed but not enough space in the room. The staff are okay but appeared inexperience but that is fine, there’s plenty room to improve. No elevator for those with large and heavy luggages.

Horrible service
Horrible experience poor customer service and charging extra just for partner to come and visit me even though wasn’t planning to stay the night and questioning us saying he needs to leave in 10 mins
