We arrived late, as our flight to Heathrow was delayed. Check-in was smooth, but I was surprised to be asked to pay £15 for parking my rental car, as the car park adjacent to the hotel is run by an independent company. The room was adequate, nothing special. The hotel is located in a run down area, with very little around. I wouldn’t come here for a holiday, but as a base from where to travel to Heathrow it’s OK.

This hotel is on the Hotel Hoppa route so quite easy to get to from Heathrow Terminal 2. The staff were friendly and helpful and solved my Internet access problem quickly. We were given a free cookie at check in which was a nice touch. There was a cashless bar, which for me was fine because I have a UK click and pay card but I do feel this would cause an extra layer of hassle to overseas visitors, since they would first need to understand that a tab would be necessary to facilitate other payment methods which was not explained to me at check in. The room was quiet and comfortable and I appreciated the reception staff's help to the next day to direct me to the correct bus stop/train station.

Stay here for a day during transit~ Because the plane would arrive very late, I wrote to them, but there was no reply.
