We arrived late, as our flight to Heathrow was delayed. Check-in was smooth, but I was surprised to be asked to pay £15 for parking my rental car, as the car park adjacent to the hotel is run by an independent company. The room was adequate, nothing special. The hotel is located in a run down area, with very little around. I wouldn’t come here for a holiday, but as a base from where to travel to Heathrow it’s OK.

This hotel is on the Hotel Hoppa route so quite easy to get to from Heathrow Terminal 2. The staff were friendly and helpful and solved my Internet access problem quickly. We were given a free cookie at check in which was a nice touch. There was a cashless bar, which for me was fine because I have a UK click and pay card but I do feel this would cause an extra layer of hassle to overseas visitors, since they would first need to understand that a tab would be necessary to facilitate other payment methods which was not explained to me at check in. The room was quiet and comfortable and I appreciated the reception staff's help to the next day to direct me to the correct bus stop/train station.

Great location for Heathrow Airport with an added bonus of standing outside to watch planes approaching the airport.
The menu for the restaurant looked impressive so we'll dine in next time.
The free cookies on arrival were a nice touch! Thank you.

Great hotel, near the bus station
There are supermarket nearby and the staff who received me the first night was very helpful however on the night I ask for water and they refused to give it to me then they said if I wanted water I needed to buy it.
The room is quite small but there's a lot of amenities, tea pot, table, chairs, and so more.

SMELL AL THE WAY, WAITING FOR AN HOUR SO THEY CAN FIND I HAVE BOOKED THE 2 ROOMS AND I HAVE 2 KIDS AND 4 ADULTS.

No one pick up the call at Front Desk and Room Service, I had to call the third time.
The room service was delivered over a hour, it is ridiculous. The fruit salad was too bad.
There was no tissue paper in the toilet, what is the service???

The room was freezing in the winter! The heater was not working and they knew but still gave us that room. They then moved us to another room the night before we left. Make sure to have your ID on you because we were asked to show our ID when we give our names which was very weird. However, they were very kind to give us free dental kit as we forgot ours!
