The bed in the king-size room is very large and comfortable, and the mattress is moderately hard and soft. The bed sheets are pure cotton, white, clean and odorless. The shower room has plenty of water. There are free seats downstairs for guests to rest. There is a H2D special bus to the Heathrow Airport gate on time, and you can buy tickets directly on the bus with a credit card. There is free luggage storage service in the lobby.

We arrived late, as our flight to Heathrow was delayed. Check-in was smooth, but I was surprised to be asked to pay £15 for parking my rental car, as the car park adjacent to the hotel is run by an independent company. The room was adequate, nothing special. The hotel is located in a run down area, with very little around. I wouldn’t come here for a holiday, but as a base from where to travel to Heathrow it’s OK.

This hotel is on the Hotel Hoppa route so quite easy to get to from Heathrow Terminal 2. The staff were friendly and helpful and solved my Internet access problem quickly. We were given a free cookie at check in which was a nice touch. There was a cashless bar, which for me was fine because I have a UK click and pay card but I do feel this would cause an extra layer of hassle to overseas visitors, since they would first need to understand that a tab would be necessary to facilitate other payment methods which was not explained to me at check in. The room was quiet and comfortable and I appreciated the reception staff's help to the next day to direct me to the correct bus stop/train station.

The room smells bad, the towels smell bad, and you can't store your luggage. Don't eat breakfast, there are very few choices. This hotel is not good except for its good location and service.

Stay here for a day during transit~

I got off the plane and took a London taxi. It was 20 pounds, which felt more expensive than calling Uber🥹
After entering the restaurant, there was no one at the counter, so I was chatting next to him~~

But the four-star feeling is different from the four-star hotel I stayed in before🥹
