This hotel is close to Atocha train station and metro station, good for traveler that go other cities such as Barcelona and Toledo. The facilities of the hotel is a bit old but kept in good condition. I lived and slept comfortably for 3 nights.

🇵🇹 It exceeded our expectations. The room was very cozy, the bathroom was clean and spacious, we were able to rest a lot, as there was no noise. The breakfast was excellent, we didn't even know what to eat, as there was so much variety, even though the room was quite full, there was always something for you to help yourself to.

Because we didn't make an appointment for airport pickup, we couldn't find the hotel's car when we arrived at Terminal 4 of Madrid Airport (it turned out that we needed to make an appointment). We took a U-ride, but the road was full of twists and turns, and the driver drove for nearly half an hour to get us to the hotel. The hotel is very remote, and we would never dare to go there alone at night. Our driver was an African guy, and to be honest, he was scared. We could make an appointment for the hotel's car to leave the hotel and go to the airport. It usually takes an hour. Anyway, I will never stay at this hotel again next time. By the way, the hotel breakfast is good. It's OK.

Historical building but renovated. The address is close to the beach but a bit far from the city center. There is still a restaurant near the hotel

Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.
