The hotel is about five minutes away from the station, but you have to walk on the overpass, which is a bit inconvenient.
The station provides direct access to many places in Kansai via multiple railway lines.
The hotel facilities are clean and nice.

The light at the entrance probably got a motion detector that it kept turning on and off despite my minor body movement in the bed. Luckily I had mask to cover my eyes otherwise won’t be able to fall asleep. The reception staff was gentle and friendly.

It was close to the station and there was a convenience store next door.

It was a non-smoking room, but I was a little worried about the smell of cigarettes...

The room itself was compact and easy to use
It's just a little dirty. Well, I have to be convinced at the price.

The hotel is a few blocks away from the subway station. The comforter in the room was pilling, and there was no microwave in the room itself (though one was available in the 3rd-floor hallway). Overall, it was just okay. On the bright side, the front desk staff spoke good English, so check-in was not an issue.

It is very close to Tawaramachi Station and Asakusa Station. It is a 10-minute walk to tourist attractions such as Sensoji Temple. The area is also very lively and there are many shops. The location is great! The staff are all very friendly. The room is quite big, but the sheets and quilts are not very clean, and the cleanliness needs to be improved.

The hotel location and room cleanliness were the best

There was an ice machine, washing machine, dryer, microwave on each floor, etc.
Various amenities were well-equipped, and the small bathhouse on the second floor
was the best for relieving travel fatigue

It was nice that there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby

The staff spoke English, so it was very comfortable
and they were kind

The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bathroom was also a bit wider and more comfortable

It was nice that they gave me a quiet room as I requested, but on the last day, the fourth day
I had a hard time falling asleep because the next room and the room above were full and there was a lot of thumping all night
I don't think the soundproofing was good

Except for the noise on the last day, it was the best hotel to stay in

It was the best with the view of the snowy landscape of Nagano

The room was very nice - sufficiently large and with all necessary amenities (even a small fridge). The room was clean and in good condition. The staff was very kind and stored my luggage for free, as I arrived early in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located, yet in a rather quiet place. It's a walking distance from both Nagano station and Zenkoji temple (approximately 20-25 minutes), however, do note that the nearest bus stop is about 900 meters away, so if you got a lot of luggage and do not intend to get a taxi, that may be a bit far. They also have coin operated washing machines and dryers, in case you need them. Overall, a great option for most travelers, especially in terms of value for money.
