房間乾淨整潔，住宿的環境、衞生非常不錯，服務態度規範，值得推薦，前台服務熱情，我們出去進來都禮貌的打招呼，感覺温馨，帶有免費的早餐，可以清洗衣物，不用等退房，感覺比較方便，各方面感覺都還不錯

酒店設施很新，服務真的沒話説，打電話的時候説了要有個小孩子，到酒店後，給我們準備了小童玩的東西。兒子很喜歡，到房間後衞生也很乾凈，舒服，早餐有點簡單，但是味道很棒。下次過來還住這裏

新疆之行住過最差的酒店吧，看着説是2023年新開的，其實不然，幾個字形容吧！老舊臟亂差，掛着維也納的招牌，早餐也是相當的不好，餐廳服務員的態度那好像是欠她錢一樣，酒店前台收了一百按金，説是原路退還，結果四點多了還沒退，衹好打電話跟他們要，結果過了好久也沒給退，無語😓，還有一點着重説一下，房間那有個沙發，估計是在哪裡撿來的吧，特別特別臟，瞅着甚至噁心的那種，本人很少差評，本人説的話也絕非有任何私人情緒，希望大家慎重，也希望商家思考
