Such a nice and honest staff. I left my air pods and some cables in the room. Christina the Housekeeper turned them in for me and Daniella at the front desk helps me set it up for my son to come pick them up since I was back home in Colorado already. I will stay again next time I’m in town. They were awesome. The hotel is nice and a great location too.

New enhanced amenities include, full Gig of Wi-Fi, a full hot breakfast buffet which offers eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles and a yogurt machine. A Grab N Gos available for early departing guests, a 24-hour mini-mart for snacks and sundries, and a 24-hour soda fountain are in the lobby free of charge. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and I have stayed at ElPaso because it is close to the airport and the surrounding traffic is convenient. The parent company, which is bigger than it, also lived, and felt that it was not as comfortable as it was too old. For so many years, Ctrip has not changed. The hotel is only 350 meters away from the airport, and it takes a few minutes to walk, not the 4.6 kilometers mentioned above. I uploaded a screenshot of Google Maps this time, hoping to correct it.

My family and I stayed here my husband is a bonvoy member and loved the perks, we had ALOT of luggage and the staff (James) and other staff which we didn’t catch there name held our luggage over night since we were traveling in a truck, we were worried that something would be taken outside! Early morning (James) helped my husband load everything back on to the truck! No hesitation! I can say the facility was very clean had no issues! Thank you

Visiting 915 for Christmas with the family and we stayed here for a couple of days. The first issue, as you arrive is the way to get in to the parking lot. The way to the main entrance is a dark back road. When you park be aware that it's limited and if you have a SUV you will get hit by the car parking next to you. Our room was in 3rd floor and the room was attractive with refrigerator and 2 beds, no microwave. The second issue was seen with the shower which had a strong water stream yet the shower had half a glass only and water spilled to the getting ready area by the sink. Third, the hotel had breakfast for purchase and not as a buffet like other hotels. One night my wife and I stayed to see a football game. Issue four, the front desk clerk didn't allow us to see the game in the large area with big TV. We had to sit at the bar and view the game on a small TV as he vacuumed the area. THAT was NOT a good call and bad customer service by the clerk.. The ladies cleaning the room were friendly and most front desk clerks followed their lead. We have stayed at many Marriott and this one was weak for the reasons mentioned. I would look to stay at another hotel in El Paso.

Very comfortable bed. Room comes with microwave. Very clean. Good breakfast except the we feedback to the hotel that the cook should not have added salt to the scrambled eggs. Love the waffles.
Staff are friendly and attend to queries and requests promptly.
Hotel charge USD 10 per day for parking. Located next to highway so you can expect vehicle passing noise all night but I slept soundly though (I am a light sleeper) . I requested for non-highway facing room. The curtains are thick enough to block out most noise.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

I am writing out of complete frustration. I reserved a room at the Marriott in El Paso on 1600 Airway Blvd. I left my room for breakfast and came back to my bed *****ped and all my personal items removed and some of them in the maids trash bin. This is ridiculous when I never checked out at the front desk nor was it even close to the check out time of 1pm. This was very inconvenient. There is no manager on staff. I had to sit in the lobby while they track down the maid who cleared out my room and embarrassing to have the made hand me my intimate items out of her trash can on her cart. I paid $159 for this? Absolutely, policy needs to change here. The maid said if she doesn't see a bunch of clothes in the room then they just start cleaning. It is 9am. Why are the maids not only cleaning rooms that people have confirmed they are checking out? Maids should not be going into rooms at 9am and just start cleaning them with no knowledge if paid guest will be returning. Very unsatisfied and embarrassed. I will be calling the manager Monday when she returns.

We live locally. We came to this Inn because we had some leaky pipes and decided to let everything dry out and stayed here because it also was pet friendly. There aren’t any bells and whistles to this Inn but it is clean and very quiet & extremely reasonable. I also had a procedure done that required a room that was disabled accessible. The bathroom was really large and had a nice large shower in it. My only complaint is that the rubber gasket around the refrigerator was weak and so we used a slipper to.prop it shut. After that, it stayed extremely cold and nothing spoiled. The microwave worked very well as well .All the hallways are monitored with cameras. A super Walmart is across the street, as well as several restaurants, shopping centers etc. The desk help was very helpful and respectful.

On arrival at the Plaza, we were greeted by the wonderful valet Jessie, who helped us to our room after check in. We had a great room, lovely huge bed, private bathroom and everything we could need for a great stay. Situated really well for exploring El Paso downtown. We dined at Ansons 11 across the road, after choosing from their interesting and varied menu. The roof terrace was something else, with far reaching views and an amazing place to watch the sunsets, made all the more enjoyable by the friendly attentive staff and tasting an Alaska Pearl dessert! The rest areas within the hotel are very stylish and comfortable, with the central bar being a real design gem. The bar staff might want to keep their private conversations to themselves though while customers are drinking/eating at the bar?

GGuest UserPositives: The housekeeping in Room 418 did an excellent job, super clean. Easy parking. Clean lobby and common places. Fast check-in and check-out. Breakfast was great, good variety, fresh, with good balance of hot and cold foods. Clean and organized. When Room 311 was terrible, they moved me to another room, Room 418, and 418 was a good experience. Clean bedding, two full rolls of toilet paper, and two tea bags in the room. Negatives: Can be noisy because it's next to a major highway. The check-in staff did not provide info on breakfast time or instruction to the elevator; also provided incorrect info about location and type of the room (said it's not near the elevator when it's right across from the elevator; said it's standard room when it's an accessible room). Room 311 was horrible - full of issues such as broken toilet/couldn't flush, bathroom plug was shut, couldn't open. Room telephone did not work; A small peel along the edge of the wall, that needs to be sealed back. Loose carpet, posing a potential trip over danger if not careful. This hotel would have earned at least 4.0 rating with Room 418. But because of terrible Room 311, which is a 1.0 rating, although the hotel tried to fix it, but it's inconvenient and tiring to have to go through it while traveling and after a long day. Because of inconsistent room quality, I am hesitant to recommend this hotel.

JjenwhiteMy Husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing, the room was very clean the whole place is very clean. Rick the owner is an excellent man he goes above and beyond to make his guest feel safe and happy. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights that's how safe we felt. The parking lot is well lit up. If we ever go back threw El paso again that will be my place to stay. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful quite and safe place to stay.

GGuest UserI prepaid and booked the hotel for 2 nights. I did not check-in the 1st night of my reservation. When I tried to check-in the 2nd day of my reservation, I was told that my booking had been canceled even though I had already paid for 2 nights. The hotel assistant manager asked to see the card i used for the reservation and charged me another $74 for the room I had already paid for. I am.now waiting for a refund from trip.com since my booking was honored.

La Quinta Inn El Paso Cielo Vista is a gem! I loved the outdoor pool for a refreshing swim, and the hotel’s pet-friendly policy made it easy to bring my dog along. The express check-out process was smooth and fast, and I appreciated having access to late check-out when needed. The laundry services on-site were a big plus, making it super convenient during my stay. Highly recommend!
