Motobu Hotels with Hot Tub

Lifeguard at the hotel pool was very rude to us when we were a few minutes late leaving the pool when the time was up, because we were handing a 6-year-old kid. This is totally unacceptable and have ruined our hotel experience completely!

Overall, the hotel is good. However, I think it would be wonderful if the hotel can make some improvement in several things. 1) We knew that the wifi wasn't free, so I prepared some moives for my child. However, I think the hotel disabled the usb function. And free wifi have to be a standard offer nowadays. 2) No one clean the sand at the bottom of the swimming pool, so the water quality isn't good. Luckily, my 3 years child didn't get sick. 3) I stayed in 3 hotels in my trip to Okinawa this time, all the other two hotels offered special Okinawa coffee drip coffee. However, this hotel only provided the normal coffee powder that you could see in economy hotel. 4) This is the only hotel that didn't provide us child toothbrush set. Anyway, the hotel location is fine, we found two supermarkets right after crossing the Sesoko bridge.

Japanese style room is very good choice for my family. Especially my child was satisfied dadami space and indoor-pool. And It was very nice because Churaumi was close and there were many restaurants available nearby. But, It was a shame that many baby-cars in were not prepared and old-facilities. Overall, I was satisfied and if I will visit northern of Okinawa, I will reserve again to this resort.

I booked a room with a city view and I was very impressed with the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the view was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

The location and facilities inside the room are nice, however, the customer service is not ideal. It is normally assumed that after booking a hotel online with a booking confirmation, all necessary information is already on the confirmation letter. However, travelers who stay at this property will still have to actively reach out to the hotel for check-in ID in order to do self-check-in via iPad. It would be great if the hotel could reach out to the traveler before their check-in. What's even worse is that during the check-in process, we did a face-to-face meeting via iPad, and there was no information provided by the staff that we would need a password to enter the hotel after certain hours. After dinner outside, when we returned to the hotel, we were locked outside the hotel, and luckily, we were able to call the Japanese phone number via the public phone. It would have been a nightmare if there had been no public phone or if no one from the hotel had picked up the phone.

The floor made of wooden planks makes every step you walk sound loud. The office for check-in is on another location further up. Need to email them before you reach and wait for them to reply. I waited for quite long but no reply and in the end I get some other local at a restaurant to help me to call them. In the end they came to pick us up. There are washing machine, fridge and a small kitchen.

The hotel is located on a hill. It takes a short walk to get off at Memorial Park-mae Station, but it is very close to the Churaumi Aquarium and there is also a Lawson nearby. You can cook in the facility, and there are also washing machines and clothes dryers. The scenery outside the terrace is beautiful, and you can see the vast sky and sea.

민나섬투어를 가기 위해 선택한 숙소, 화장실, 샤워실이 모두 3개나 있어서 편리했어요. 콘도가 매우 넓고 식기류나 전자레인지, 야외 테이블도 있고 세탁기 건조기까지 있어 대가족이 묵으면 좋은 숙소일 것 같아요. 바닥,쇼파데 페인트가루가 많이 떨어져 있었고, 냉장고등은 청소가 안되어 있었습니다. 그리고 체크인이 많이 불편했습니다. 체크인하는데 1시간 가까이 걸렸어요. 보내준 코드로 체크인이 불가능했고,전화도 연결되지 않아 오로지 연락수단은 이메일 뿐, 코드로 안된다고 잘못되었다고 메일이 보내니 다시 알려준 코드로 하니 되더라구요. 체크인 전 보내주는 코드를 안보내주셨던 것 같아요. 투숙할 분들은 미리 이메일로 코드가 온 걸 확인하세요. 무인이고 연락이 매우 어렵다는 건 알고 투숙하시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

The location is very close to Churaumi Aquarium. There is a small shopping mall diagonally opposite where you can buy some food. There is a FamilyMart convenience store nearby. There are simple kitchen equipment in the room, and there are washing machines and dryers available.

The interior and exterior of the hostel are pleasant and pretty. The interior is spacious. Although it's not bad to live, the location is very large among the rural folk houses, so the taxi driver can't find it when he first came, so he wandered for more than 30 minutes. I called the Adan resort, but there was no accurate guidance. I asked the nearby residents and finally arrived. Because there is no front desk, it is a system that you can just enter. I stayed for 2 nights and there was no housekeeping service like a normal accommodation. It's a completely rural neighborhood, so there aren't many street lights, so if you want to go out in dark, you have to turn on your cell phone lights. And because it's a country house, there are a lot of bugs. There are a lot of bugs on the ceiling that are constantly singing legs. If you are afraid of or dislike bugs, it seems that it is difficult to stay here. Fortunately, the bedroom side blocked the ceiling once, so there were no bugs... ^^; In addition, if you walk a little, there is Emerald Beach and Visefuku Road, so it's good to take a walk, and you can walk about 20 minutes to the Churaumi Aquarium. It was nice to have a quiet rest.
