"The service from one front desk staff was the worst. Especially at check-in... I think the overbearing attitude when talking about the parking lot is not good. The problem is that the staff themselves are not aware of it. I'm a first-time guest and I think many people have thought the same thing. So I stayed here for two nights, but it's not a very good hotel. Even if there are other very good reviews, the overall rating will be negative because of one negative review. They should do something about the service. Customers are not friends or anything... I think they misunderstood and are serving in a familiar manner. Even if you look at the way they talk to friendly guests (probably regular customers), it's not the way to talk at the front desk. Even if it's New Year's, a normal breakfast is fine. I don't need osechi food. If you do serve it, please serve normal food and osechi food. I went to Yoshinoya because there was nothing to eat."
